What do you like best about Critical Mention?
I have been in PR for more than 15 years and have tried a lot of media monitoring services, but none ever met my expectations ... until I found Critica Mention. It is the most comprehensive and user-friendly media monitoring service I've used in my career. The customer service is outstanding. Critical Mention has exceeded my expectations, and I hope to use their service for a long time. I've rebuffed any other services that have tried to pitch me over the years (and there have been plenty). What do you like best about Critical Mention?
Critical Mention is the best tool to show upper-level executives and board members the value of your public relations and marketing efforts. This tool sets hard numbers for PR values to give real numbers that easily translate to show your reach in a dollar amount. I also love that I can show national and international coverage in reports.
