The system is exceptionally efficient on the administrative side of our hiring process. It effectively filters out unqualified candidates for our more specialized positions, including CNC operators, welders, and management roles. the most ehelpful part of Criteria are the EPP and WPP scores that give insight into how well candidates fit company culture and relibality. It is also very easy to send out links to candidates. For every new application I recieve I will send out the criteria assessment link and frequently check back to see who is in process or complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
what I find the least helpful about Criteria is that i have notices a trend in low scores for WPP for candidates that are foreign. this leads me to think that there is a cultural gap between how questions are asked or responded to that could cause confusion and therefore lower score than there would be otherwise. This make th eintegration of the tool a bit harder to use beacuse a candidate will seem like a good fit for the company, but seeing the low WPP can throw a wrench into the hiring process. Criteria Corp is extrememly helpful in gaining unbiased information about applicants. It gives a detailed report with explanations about every test which then helps us see a candidates strengths and weaknesses. There's a great amount of tests to choose from and they offer integrations with different HR softwares as well. The Talent Insights are helpful as well for teams and managers! The downside could be that there is too much information listed on the results pages - maybe providing a simiplified version along with the detailed report. In HR we read through all of the details, but the managers often times tell us that they don't know what they're supposed to be looking at or how to interpret the results, so it would be nice to have a more simplified version to help managers feel more empowered about the results! I love that you are able to put together your jobs with different types of tests, a la carte. The platform is very user-friendly, and if I ever have trouble, there are a ton of helpful resources to teach and train. The notification that a user has completed an assessment or set of assessments is very quick and accommodating. I utilize Criteria Corp to help in our franchise owner recruitment process, so I love that it isn't just catered to employee recruitment.
