I currently on run image display ads with Criteo, but me and my Criteo rep didn't realize how great it would work. I run approx 4 offers a month and have a great ROAS. The next goal in 2020 is to launch dynamic ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting and transparency. The data is broken up by campaign only. I work with Adroll and you are able to drill down into the campaign by offer to see how each offer is doing. It's very easy to use. Customer support is quick to respond and we are able to make changes very quickly. We've also maintained a healthy return on ad spend which is always a great incentive for the client to spend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing i don't like about criteo dynamic re-tartgeting is that there are some changes that require support team to work on. So instead of being able to make changes immediately, it can take a day or so for the change to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that you can get creative with the type of ads you want to run and you can customize the images Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I hate the fact that it is impossible to get in touch with customer support. You can send 30 emails and wait days for them to reply. You can call every single location they have and all of them say the mailbox is full (they have dozens of locations). I am calling during business hours, leaving emails, and there is no other way to get ahold of someone there.
The Criteo specialist team uploaded the wrong website feed to our account sending our customers to the wrong site, advertising the wrong products, and we're paying to all of this and getting dozens of calls and emails from angry customers.
