What do you like best about Crelate?

I enjoyed how easy it was to transition from our previous database to Crelate and how it helpful the team was when doing so. I also find it easy to integrate job postings into our website and getting postings out to other sites at no additional costs. I like that it tracks time to fill and throughout various stages of the recruiting process, it's customer facing portal that can be used when you have a large number of roles and if your client company wants real time data. What do you dislike about Crelate?

Some of the search tools for information could be improved and there are some other features that should be available in helping with posting positions on social media requires some html support that Crelate does not provide.

Also with bulk mailing and tracking using links would be helpful- again with embedded html would also be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crelate solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Crelate?

It brings multiple applicant tracking systems all together into one place.

You can add other systems to Crelate, like Ring Central, to make calling and texting candidates easier.

Crelate alerts you when there could be a duplicate candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crelate?

I wish it had a sound alert option when a candidate texts back.

You must be in Crelate to see when you get a new text.

The only alert sound it makes is when the Crelate Team answers one of your questions. They are working on this improvement.

We can clean up duplicate candidates and keep identical candidates from applying much easier than ANY other ATS I have ever used!

Now if Crelate could recognize the changes you made in the past and not interupt you to make the changes again. That would be great. Some things are time consuming when merging applicant records. Crelate is smart and should be able to merge the records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Crelate?

The product itself is great, smart, intuitive, lots of functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crelate?

They do not value the customers or the idea of customer service. The onboarding is basically recorded sessions, the ones that are live move so fast that is hard to follow and they justify it by saying you can watch the recordings or the articles. If you need help with anything, it can take up to 48 hours for a response. They use a bot system that is not good. I ended up paying $1600 to get the additional training so I could get my questions answered. I think they are running so lean that they give you the bare minimum for customer service so you are forced into purchasing their very expensive plans for service. They do not have a customer-first approach AT ALL. Pretty shocking in today's day, especially for a premiere product. Recruiter FLow, PC Recruiter, and Jazz HR are a few that really value the customer. Nick at JAzzHR is a gem. It seems like Crelate just put all its resources into the product and figured that once you were on the hook, it wouldn't matter because it would be too difficult to leave and start over, which is the case. It's such a shame. I wish there was a product like Crelate that valued customer service as much as the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
