Elements not being snappy. I am used to using lucid app as my go to diagram tool at work. Comparing how the shapes snap to required sections specially arrows sadly creatly lacks this and is very frustrating to work. If this is is sorted creately is an A+++ diagram tool.

It's a pain really. I tried to make an organizational chart both ways from a template and from a blank workspace and both ways the same result couldn't do it. Your solution if you can call it a solution is CERO intuitive. It was very very difficult to replace and insert the pictures. The shape didn't made available for edition.
