"Easy-to-Navigate Discovery Demos with Responsive Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

I like the fact that it allows for Discovery Demos where the learning oath is based on the prospect's interest level in each component video. The UX is fairly easy to navigate. I always feel supported, when we reach out via chat we always get the support we need. I am not on the pricing side but I do feel the ROI meets the price tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

I wish it had more robust reporting and performance metrics. It is hard to drill down into the numbers we want without asking for help from the service team. I would love the see the AI model grow as it would be super helpful with the integrations we use with our own platform and other tools we buy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turns Mountains of Research Into Clear, Evidence-Based Summaries in Seconds"
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

The biggest win for me is how it pulls together a massive pile of research into clear, actionable takeaways. I used to spend days manually parsing disjointed reports just to understand the overall direction of the literature. Now I can query a topic and get an evidence-based summary in seconds, which is a huge help when I’m preparing for internal meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

The main downside for me is that it can feel a bit oversimplified. Since it relies on AI to summarize, it sometimes misses important nuance in especially delicate scientific debates. Because of that, I still end up double-checking the original PDFs to make sure I’m not misquoting or misunderstanding the findings. Another limitation is that the library isn’t infinite, so every now and then I hit a wall when the specific study I need hasn’t been indexed yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Consensus to help us share insights and ideas with our customers and prospects. It's easy to create DemoBoards that we can share, and are able to keep track of what's been shared, and what needs doing. It's easy to use and leverages AI to help with manual processes. "Great for Scalable Customer Training, but UI and Simple Video Sharing Need Streamlining"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

Makes it super easy to onboard and train more customers without needing to talk to every single one. If a customer has somebody new they need to train quickly, Consensus helps with this. It also helps teams establish train the trainer workflows as they can share the demoboards and videos Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

The UI is a bit tricky and so is the demoboard creation too. I've found it tricky when I just want to send out a simple video versus making a full experience. Some simpler workflows there would be huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Discovery Made Easy with High-Quality Demo Boards and Insightful Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

The biggest benefit for me is how much easier it makes the discovery phase when I’m working with prospects who have tight schedules. Rather than pushing for a 30-minute call that might not even fit for them, I can send a high-quality demo board instead. The tracking features are the real highlight: being able to see exactly how long they spent on a video gives me a much clearer read on their real purchase intent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

To be completely honest, the setup process can feel pretty tedious. I sometimes catch myself doing far too much manual data entry just to spin up a single demo board. It also seems like there are more steps than necessary, and when I’m trying to move quickly, all that extra clicking around becomes a real friction point for me. "Intuitive Integration Tool, Needs UI Improvement"
3/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

I really find Consensus to be a good tool for integrating with Gmail to shoot out email campaigns and send follow-ups after customer calls and meetings. It allows us to create specific videos and demo boards to send directly to our customers, which is very helpful. Another thing I like about Consensus is that it's very intuitive. Without it, sharing images and videos would be much harder, and we'd have to rely on things like hyperlinks to Vimeo links. I appreciate that Consensus offers a video thumbnail that is more intuitive for customers to see, and we can also access metrics and analytics to see who's viewed those videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

They definitely need improvement with their UI. Creating a demo board is very tedious, and it takes a lot of effort to create the demo library content, which then doesn't match up to the demo board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Demo Boards and Strong Tracking, with Room for Deeper Analytics"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

What I like most about Consensus is how it helps me avoid repeating the same demo again and again. I can build tailored demo boards and share them with prospects, so they can explore the product on their own time instead of sitting through another generic call.

The interface is also very intuitive, which makes it easy to create and update demos quickly without needing a lot of support. That’s important in a sales workflow where things move fast.

The tracking is a big plus as well. Being able to see who watched the demo, how much time they spent on it, and which parts they focused on really helps me prioritize my follow-ups. It gives me a much clearer signal of intent than a standard intro call.

It’s especially useful when multiple stakeholders are involved. I don’t have to coordinate schedules anymore, I just send the demo and it naturally circulates internally. I’ve also noticed it helps surface people I wouldn’t have interacted with otherwise.

Overall, it saves me a lot of time and helps me focus on qualified opportunities, which has a clear impact on my efficiency and deal velocity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

One downside is that building more advanced demo boards can take some time upfront, especially if you want to create a really tailored experience. The interface is generally easy to use, but there’s still a bit of a learning curve when you start structuring more complex demos.

On the analytics side, while the engagement data is useful, I sometimes wish it went a bit deeper. For example, more granular insights into how viewers interact with specific steps could make follow-ups even more precise.

From a ROI perspective, the value is clearly there once you’re fully up and running, but it does require some initial investment in time to structure your content properly. It’s not a plug-and-play tool if you want to get the most out of it.

That said, none of these are blockers, but improving these areas would make the tool even more powerful for day-to-day sales use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GoConsensus Boosts Prospect Engagement with Easy Video Demos and Insightful Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

GoConsensus has been a great way to get prospects interested before a meeting. We use it to send short demo videos in our outreach, and it's much easier for someone to watch a few minutes on their own time than commit to a full demo right away.I also like being able to see which videos were watched and what people spent the most time looking at. It gives us a better idea of what's important to them and makes follow-up conversations much more relevant. It's become a regular part of our outbound process and has definitely helped us get more engagement from prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

There isn't much to dislike, but I'd love to see more flexibility when it comes to customizing the experience for different audiences. There are also times when I'd like a little more detail in the engagement analytics, especially for larger accounts with multiple viewers. Overall, those are fairly minor points. The platform has been easy to use and has become a valuable part of our sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Valuable Tool for Streamlining Customer Interactions"
4/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

I like how Consensus streamlines the customer experience, making it easy to get back in touch with customers quickly and responsibly. The demos available through Consensus are very informational and valuable. I love having the information we need right at our fingertips, and it definitely helps us automate and streamline our work process. The ease of use is a major plus, especially being able to find the information we need just by typing it in. It's great that we can send things straight from Consensus, which cuts back on time and gives us more time in our day. The setup was very easy, as it was just a matter of logging in and registering, and I was up and running within the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

Consensus is a little bit clunky, a little bit old school compared to other platforms. And, having to go through and look at each individual video to make sure you're finding the right one is time-consuming. I wish there was a generic video that covers the basis for everything a customer could need to know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game changing demo engagement!"
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

Consensus has given our sales organization an easy to use method of sharing content with customers using the Outlook integration tool. They can provide general yet personalized content via the intro video feature. From our pilot of Consensus to our global rollout, Jen Mack and team provided white glove support, and ensured we were getting high performance and true ROI, which enabled our business case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

The question I hear most often from sales users is which content is the most useful or appropriate for a specific customer need. One area for improvement could be conversational AI that helps users by suggesting the right content based on the customer’s use case. This feature may very well be there but I have not yet used it.
