What do you like best about Consensus?

I like being able to view the statistics around the videos that I produce. As a consumer, I like the ability to customize the video content that I am viewing, which makes it valuable for me as it allows me to see only the relevant information and skip over the information that isn't useful. What do you dislike about Consensus?

Maybe it's just me but every time I go into Consensus I have to "tell it" again whether I am a first time user and go through a tutorial. I am not sure why that part is not "sticky" or why it isn't recognizing my prior usage. Initially I was also confused as to why I had to add an email address for a recipient if my intent was to send the link directly from my own email but over time I have gotten used to that particular flow (but have found it confusing). I like that Consensus is easy to use, has a fantastic user interface, and presents well to clients. What do you like best about Consensus?

I appreciate how we can present our product to customers quickly and concisely, without needing to involve our other valuable technical resources. Our extensive video library is a great asset, allowing us to effectively demonstrate our product’s capabilities. Customers also enjoy the customization options, as they don’t have to spend time on content that isn’t relevant to them. Lastly, the way it integrates into gmail makes it easy to use with every single customer and allows for us to send multiple videos to the customers who need it the most! What do you like best about Consensus?

I love the user interface, it's so easy to navigate. I actually didn't even need any training to figure out how to use it, I just played around with it for a bit and figured it out on my own. Previously my company would send YouTube videos, it was so unpolished and obviously we didn't know if they watched it or not. What do you dislike about Consensus?

Sometimes the video library can be tricky to navigate. Unsure if that's how my organization set it up, but when I left some navigation feedback to my internal team, it was sorted out quickly.

From a prospect standpoint, when multiple demo videos are sent, I think it can be confusing for the viewer to know that they've been sent a playlist. It would be nice if there was a navigation board that showed the entire list of what they've been sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Consensus is how much time it saves me in the sales process. As someone who’s constantly juggling multiple deals and stakeholders, having an automated demo platform that personalizes itself to each prospect is a game changer.
