It's allowing us to have our remote workers clock in and out without texting their superiors or using a spreadsheet for time keeping. The breadcrumb feature has also been very helpful in allowing us to coach our door to door team. Adding new users and getting them setup is very easy as well. I wish the app was more full featured for admins. When I'm in the field checking on my guys I can't locate them using the breadcrumbs feature unless I load the full site in my mobile browser, which is a PAINFUL experience. Also the admin UI on the website is a little wonky and takes quite a bit of getting used to. Things aren't always where you'd thing they would be. Not as smooth an experience as we had hoped. We 've been accompanied since day one by a success manager. We planned on a fixed schedule we successfully launched. We had delays but this was due to our own business.
We used the expert call tool, to set up ZAPIER on the platform, and due to some bugs I could not figure out myself, they were a great help.
Although rushed to sign the contract including tools we actually didn't need, we had a very easy time to actually scale down on our bill, and in a quick manner.
The app itself is great to use: simple, quick, comprehensive. Everyone likes it. There are maybe just some tiny bugs that might be improved but it's minor.
We use schedule and messages (chats and help desk) and it eases our operations (assigning documents to shifts is a revolution for us), the way to foresee issues with the schedule... Just great!

The customer service might seem uncoordinated. When looking for a solution to implement, and by asking the CS, you might get non pertinent advice. This applied to our need for making our staff sign a contract: we've been advised a solution that didn't suit us, but we were advised by our Success Manager and we're now happy.
Another thing about CS: they often suggested solutions that were not part of our plan, which seemed like a weird and annoying way to upsell us their product we didn't want.
We had an initial call with a sales rep: we were rushed into signing a contract, although offered delay due to sickness. We also were promised things we didn't actually need in the end.

About the prduct: some bugs can be annoying. Specific filters in the schedule make the platform go nuts. Some display of screens don't go well together. There's no automatic refresh. But overall, 9/10. Thanks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We utilize connecteam every single day to ensure the success of our business. The job scheduler is super easy to use. I love the functionality of being able to assign different jobs within a single shift. I especially enjoy the HR hub with courses to be able to onboard new employees and monitor their progress. It has streamlined a lot of communication for our multi-location organization. Support is also super responsive and always quick to chat in minutes. I would love if the plan tiers were more divided, there are a lot of features at the expert plan in certain hubs that we would like but feel they should be at lower levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about ConnecTeam is that my employees use the mobile app for their timeclock, to check on tasks set up the night before, and to fill out forms at the end of the day. The form that is filled out gets emailed to me, and I then update my personal spreadsheet with the information without having to login to the website. I am grateful there is an actual website for me to use for payroll. The training videos were helpful to onboard me, the boss, and to show me the different features available. Oh! and I have one young employee who is still working on properly logging in and out for his time clock and he easily learned how to update his hours, which then kicks it over to me to approve before payroll. I have been using Connecteam for a few months and find it to be timesaving for me as the business owner especially when compiling hours for pay. My staff appreciates the simplicity of entering time and the reminders to sign in. Our work is done remote so hours are insistent and can be at numerous locations. Other apps require full integration into other systems and requires prescheduling to lock in specific sites or clients which is too complicated and time consuming for me to implement weekly and then alter. Connecteam meets our needs. I no longer need to nag my employees to submit manually their hours and I do not have to tabulate the hours pressured by meeting the payroll deadline. I would prefer if I could standardize my pay period (stop and start dates) permanently/automatically instead of having to filter timesheets for each pay (i.e., Sunday through Sat biweekly.) The variety of solutions like manual vs automatic breaks, kiosk vs non-kiosk app, employee time clock codes, and intercompany communication. The support I have received when I had questions was great, in that even if something was not possible at the time, they really make you feel like your wants are valued . The ease of use for all ages of our employees (You can stick to just clocking in and out simply, or you can dive deep into the app to gain more benefits like inter company communication and HR related topics. That I am unable to add a unpaid bread that will deduct from an employees time if they did not issue a break shift during that specific day.

I wish that there was a method to increase the frequency of use for management. By this I mean that our management is not motivated to stay on time of daily approvals as they occur so often (employees clocking out outside of the geo range, adding comments, or editing by accident) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far with inplimenting connecteam into our everyday scheduling and team communication we've seen a significant increase in available time... even less headache to find out whose available and not... now no more msg tag or phone tag. I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Theres really not too much about connecteam i dont like... maybe how on the app you cant set multiple calendar entries in a group they have to be done individually but on the browers version you can... id like to see multiple date entries on the schedule able to be made and set duration across the days for the work instead of creating them for the individual days one at a time if the job is reocurring unyil complete... you can set it that it continues but it only allows you to put a break in for the evening not stop the days work and commence again the following day... we can only put breaks in for jobs running longer than one day or just enter them in individually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Implementing Connecteam in our company has allowed us to streamline employee scheduling, payroll, and other administrative aspects within one centralized application.
