Connecteam has revolutionalized our organization in many ways. The ability to track time cards in real time has improved our operational efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the communication options have helped our fully remote organization feel like more of a cohesive team that what we had ever achieved in the past. We were able to implement and integrate Connecteam seamlessly when we started using it about a year and a half ago. The customer support is always on point as responses are received quickly and almost always answer the question we are asking. I use Connecteam every single work day. The biggest downside, at this point, is that we are only allowed one schedule for our time clock. It would be nice if we could have access to schedules for various job codes. Connecteam was the only software I could find that worked well for the scheduling for my newborn nurse business. It was easy to learn how to use for myself and nurses, no one seemed to have any issues when we implemented the system. I love that everyone can put their days available or unavailable. There are a few things that I think could be better.. I think there are TOO many features in some ways, but I assume people are using those features. We don't use the messaging and communication through the app, that may be nice in much larger businesses, but for my small business we don't use that. But it would be nice to be able to simplify the online interface to not have so much going on that isn't used. The only thing we currently use is the scheduler.
There is no way to add or edit shifts from the app, it has to be done on a computer and that is annoying. I also wish there was a way to just mark a shift completed or something, instead of clocking in/out.

It is helpful having an all-in-one application that I can use with my small team. Before I had two separate applications that I was using and I still didn't have access to the features that I do now with Connecteam. I can easily have individual chats going as well as team wide, making it easy to share links and information. Very easy to use, mobile app helps keep everyone connected easily. I like how easy this program is to use for my team. The fact that it is app-based makes it easy for my employees. As the scheduler, the ease of duplicating shifts or creating a new project job is quick and easy. We like the text reminders before a shift, especially if the shift is off-site and not in our normal location.
I like the chat feature for team members to talk to each other, and I can track everything.

Connecteam has been a wonderful tool for my organization to manage its Human Resources. The best part about this tool is how the interface is easy to understand and can be quickly absorbed by new users. It is extremely easy to use. We love the scheduling section because we can easily schedule our staff and the staff immediately gets notified about the shift. Furthermore the staff can confirm the shift which eliminates scheduling misunderstandings. This tool makes it very easy to budget your payroll costs and compare actual vs scheduled. In addition, it has features such as chat which allow you to use the platform as a communication tool for your organization.

I love how I can easily schedule staff in and copy previous weeks schedule, adjust shifts and add tasks. I have been using this app and web application for a while and it’s great. Before I was using what’s and trying to keep on top of scheduling it was a nightmare. I am so glad I came across this app. At the beginning I used the free service but as the team grew and I had to add more users I went for the paid version. It's allowing us to have our remote workers clock in and out without texting their superiors or using a spreadsheet for time keeping. The breadcrumb feature has also been very helpful in allowing us to coach our door to door team. Adding new users and getting them setup is very easy as well. I wish the app was more full featured for admins. When I'm in the field checking on my guys I can't locate them using the breadcrumbs feature unless I load the full site in my mobile browser, which is a PAINFUL experience. Also the admin UI on the website is a little wonky and takes quite a bit of getting used to. Things aren't always where you'd thing they would be. Not as smooth an experience as we had hoped. We 've been accompanied since day one by a success manager. We planned on a fixed schedule we successfully launched. We had delays but this was due to our own business.
We used the expert call tool, to set up ZAPIER on the platform, and due to some bugs I could not figure out myself, they were a great help.
Although rushed to sign the contract including tools we actually didn't need, we had a very easy time to actually scale down on our bill, and in a quick manner.
The app itself is great to use: simple, quick, comprehensive. Everyone likes it. There are maybe just some tiny bugs that might be improved but it's minor.
We use schedule and messages (chats and help desk) and it eases our operations (assigning documents to shifts is a revolution for us), the way to foresee issues with the schedule... Just great!

The customer service might seem uncoordinated. When looking for a solution to implement, and by asking the CS, you might get non pertinent advice. This applied to our need for making our staff sign a contract: we've been advised a solution that didn't suit us, but we were advised by our Success Manager and we're now happy.
Another thing about CS: they often suggested solutions that were not part of our plan, which seemed like a weird and annoying way to upsell us their product we didn't want.
We had an initial call with a sales rep: we were rushed into signing a contract, although offered delay due to sickness. We also were promised things we didn't actually need in the end.

We utilize connecteam every single day to ensure the success of our business. The job scheduler is super easy to use. I love the functionality of being able to assign different jobs within a single shift. I especially enjoy the HR hub with courses to be able to onboard new employees and monitor their progress. It has streamlined a lot of communication for our multi-location organization. Support is also super responsive and always quick to chat in minutes. The best thing about ConnecTeam is that my employees use the mobile app for their timeclock, to check on tasks set up the night before, and to fill out forms at the end of the day. The form that is filled out gets emailed to me, and I then update my personal spreadsheet with the information without having to login to the website. I am grateful there is an actual website for me to use for payroll. The training videos were helpful to onboard me, the boss, and to show me the different features available. Oh! and I have one young employee who is still working on properly logging in and out for his time clock and he easily learned how to update his hours, which then kicks it over to me to approve before payroll.
