What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam has revolutionalized our organization in many ways. The ability to track time cards in real time has improved our operational efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the communication options have helped our fully remote organization feel like more of a cohesive team that what we had ever achieved in the past. We were able to implement and integrate Connecteam seamlessly when we started using it about a year and a half ago. The customer support is always on point as responses are received quickly and almost always answer the question we are asking. I use Connecteam every single work day. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The biggest downside, at this point, is that we are only allowed one schedule for our time clock. It would be nice if we could have access to schedules for various job codes. At this time, only one of our 3 programs that has a schedule is able to use the Conecteam schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Connecteam, we were utilizing Microsoft Word documents for our employees to track their time which meant that we were unable to see what employees were working in the lead up to the end of the pay period. Now we have a realtime glimpse into employee time management and the payroll process has become a breeze. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam was the only software I could find that worked well for the scheduling for my newborn nurse business. It was easy to learn how to use for myself and nurses, no one seemed to have any issues when we implemented the system. I love that everyone can put their days available or unavailable. I like that everything is so customizable and free for small businesses, so you can really see how it works before committing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

There are a few things that I think could be better.. I think there are TOO many features in some ways, but I assume people are using those features. We don't use the messaging and communication through the app, that may be nice in much larger businesses, but for my small business we don't use that. But it would be nice to be able to simplify the online interface to not have so much going on that isn't used. The only thing we currently use is the scheduler.

There is no way to add or edit shifts from the app, it has to be done on a computer and that is annoying. I also wish there was a way to just mark a shift completed or something, instead of clocking in/out.

It would be really awesome to be able to run payroll through connecteam, I would definitely pay for that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I couldn't find another software that I could assign different nurses and teams to different families/contracts. The flexibility of the scheduling, especially with overnight hours has been a lifesaver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Connecteam?

It is helpful having an all-in-one application that I can use with my small team. Before I had two separate applications that I was using and I still didn't have access to the features that I do now with Connecteam. I can easily have individual chats going as well as team wide, making it easy to share links and information. Very easy to use, mobile app helps keep everyone connected easily. What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has allowed me to have a variety of information provided in one space. Employee schedules, time off requests, and tracking PTO has been much easier. I can assign tasks to specific individuals easily without having to track them down. I can track who has completed the continuing education courses that have been assigned. What do you like best about Connecteam?

I like how easy this program is to use for my team. The fact that it is app-based makes it easy for my employees. As the scheduler, the ease of duplicating shifts or creating a new project job is quick and easy. We like the text reminders before a shift, especially if the shift is off-site and not in our normal location.

I like the chat feature for team members to talk to each other, and I can track everything.

Implementing this routine was fairly easy, everyone has their phone all the time so encouraging them to refer to the notes on their shifts eliminated pointless questions for my front-end staff. We use Connecteam daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The least helpful thing about Connecteam is that I cannot edit or publish shifts from my own phone. It would be handy if I could edit shifts while I am out and about, not only using my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Connecteam to schedule my projects amongst my crew. We work 8-4:30 every day so we do not use Connecteam to schedule working hours, but we designate projects to each crew member. We use the Notes section to describe what needs to be completed for that project daily. We use the address feature for all our mobile jobs, so our crew knows where they will be working that day, which allows them to pack accordingly- if they need to bring a lunch or rain gear, vs being in the shop all day. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam has been a wonderful tool for my organization to manage its Human Resources. The best part about this tool is how the interface is easy to understand and can be quickly absorbed by new users. It is extremely easy to use. We love the scheduling section because we can easily schedule our staff and the staff immediately gets notified about the shift. Furthermore the staff can confirm the shift which eliminates scheduling misunderstandings. This tool makes it very easy to budget your payroll costs and compare actual vs scheduled. In addition, it has features such as chat which allow you to use the platform as a communication tool for your organization.

Connecteam also has excellent support. There are so many videos on how to use more of the features available which are easy to understand and follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The only thing I personally dislike about Connecteam is the fact that it periodically asks you to login again even though I saved all the login information so I do not need to continuously sign in again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Connecteam?

I love how I can easily schedule staff in and copy previous weeks schedule, adjust shifts and add tasks. I have been using this app and web application for a while and it’s great. Before I was using what’s and trying to keep on top of scheduling it was a nightmare. I am so glad I came across this app. At the beginning I used the free service but as the team grew and I had to add more users I went for the paid version. What do you like best about Connecteam?

It's allowing us to have our remote workers clock in and out without texting their superiors or using a spreadsheet for time keeping. The breadcrumb feature has also been very helpful in allowing us to coach our door to door team. Adding new users and getting them setup is very easy as well. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I wish the app was more full featured for admins. When I'm in the field checking on my guys I can't locate them using the breadcrumbs feature unless I load the full site in my mobile browser, which is a PAINFUL experience. Also the admin UI on the website is a little wonky and takes quite a bit of getting used to. Things aren't always where you'd thing they would be. Not as smooth an experience as we had hoped. What do you like best about Connecteam?

We 've been accompanied since day one by a success manager. We planned on a fixed schedule we successfully launched. We had delays but this was due to our own business.

We used the expert call tool, to set up ZAPIER on the platform, and due to some bugs I could not figure out myself, they were a great help.

Although rushed to sign the contract including tools we actually didn't need, we had a very easy time to actually scale down on our bill, and in a quick manner.

The app itself is great to use: simple, quick, comprehensive. Everyone likes it. There are maybe just some tiny bugs that might be improved but it's minor.

We use schedule and messages (chats and help desk) and it eases our operations (assigning documents to shifts is a revolution for us), the way to foresee issues with the schedule... Just great!

The app is useful but still young in my eyes, on the admin side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The customer service might seem uncoordinated. When looking for a solution to implement, and by asking the CS, you might get non pertinent advice. This applied to our need for making our staff sign a contract: we've been advised a solution that didn't suit us, but we were advised by our Success Manager and we're now happy.

Another thing about CS: they often suggested solutions that were not part of our plan, which seemed like a weird and annoying way to upsell us their product we didn't want.

We had an initial call with a sales rep: we were rushed into signing a contract, although offered delay due to sickness. We also were promised things we didn't actually need in the end.

About the prduct: some bugs can be annoying. Specific filters in the schedule make the platform go nuts. Some display of screens don't go well together. There's no automatic refresh. But overall, 9/10. Thanks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Connecteam?

We utilize connecteam every single day to ensure the success of our business. The job scheduler is super easy to use. I love the functionality of being able to assign different jobs within a single shift. I especially enjoy the HR hub with courses to be able to onboard new employees and monitor their progress. It has streamlined a lot of communication for our multi-location organization. Support is also super responsive and always quick to chat in minutes. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

What do you like best about Connecteam?

The best thing about ConnecTeam is that my employees use the mobile app for their timeclock, to check on tasks set up the night before, and to fill out forms at the end of the day. The form that is filled out gets emailed to me, and I then update my personal spreadsheet with the information without having to login to the website. I am grateful there is an actual website for me to use for payroll. The training videos were helpful to onboard me, the boss, and to show me the different features available. Oh! and I have one young employee who is still working on properly logging in and out for his time clock and he easily learned how to update his hours, which then kicks it over to me to approve before payroll. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The hardest part was getting the employees to use the mobile app consistently but after one month, they are good to go! So this was definitely more user error vs. software :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A mobile app for the time clock is my favorite feature! Everyone has a smart phone and this way I didn't have to purchase a single piece of technology to use as a time clock. The mobile app is also beneficial for employees to "fix" their time card and then that "fix" gets kicked over to the payroll manager who can then approve or deny the change.
