I like that Confluence from the same company as other great software I use, which allows me to switch to them easily. It's also a good place to store your documentation. I like the general layouts and spacing between various sections in project documents, which make it easy to absord the overall picture of what's going on and what needs to be done. I don't quite like the way it handles writing new documentation. I feel like it should have a dropdown that allows you to write it in a format that you want to, such as markdown language. As of this moment, it has a bit of a simplistic feel to it which makes it difficult to write code snippets, which is something I would like to do in my documentation. Documentation placeholders. the tool needs to have suggestions like intellisense to place automatic placeholders if a repetitive wiki is being produced.it can quickly be a lot of information your developers can post on . so versioning and history is really a big task. Among the things I like are document templates, because they are very useful for creating content, it saves time and also the file search is fast and intuitive. It facilitates the exchange of communications, it is great to provide, receive feedback and work with colleagues remotely. i really like the integration with Jira. It is great to be able to vizualise and track dinamically the status of each Jira ticket. In addition, the possibility to create, edit and duplicates spaces and pages make the documenting process very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What i dislike the most is the arborescence and the way the information is presented on the left hand side bar. Every time i spend a lot of time looking for the location of the right information which makes it very frustrating for me and my ressources on the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This application is known by its users as a program in which you can make project plans, include multimedia resources and content. This allows you to make presentations and projects really unique in regards to style.

What I like about this application, is that you can create pages, practice and customize the images, gifs, work in groups, improve the work by editing the pages together, giving comments through online comments, you can create anything from meeting notes and product requirements.

Among the things I do not like, is that it has a system which does not allow feedback, which allows its continuous exploration, has very basic templates in the administrative aspect, otherwise, it is a great application, with opportunities to continue growing in the market and get known with each one of the people.
