Started using Confluence recently and so far the tool has been really effective and easy to use.

The tool has helped project management easier and also has been really helpful to share, create and manage knowledge in a very centralized location. It definitely helps enhance productivity and streamlined communication is a stand out ability.

Confluence was used while I had to take up a training which had a lot of knowledge to share and this app was a go to for documenting the whole process and to collaborate on various projects.

The app helped me create and access detailed knowledge base and share the information with other team members.

I was able to customise my workspace using the varities of templates and macros and it has helped me fit my needs.

One of the best features would be how the users can edit and modify the documents simultaneously to make sure the team members are one the same page.

Having a knowledge base for our team is a great way to make sure we're all on the same page about our products, handbooks, and other important info. It’s designed to be user-friendly and easy to use in our day-to-day activities.

Templates are easy to create and apply, and if your organization is capable and has the infrastructure/licenses, the integrations can be potent tools to set up many different types of pages, articles, and dashboards. We often use MIRO and Draw.io integrations to quickly access dashboards and flowcharts. However, many important tools and other integrations are hidden under a not-so-friendly user interface and you have to dig around a bit to find them out. I’ve used Confluence in two different companies, and it’s been an invaluable tool for knowledge management, collaboration, and project scoping. I like having the ability to create a space within Confluence and include my entire team. I love how much simpler communicating with your colleagues is. Confluence can be updated with editable articles that can be used as project guides, all depts contact information. The issues are resolved with such ease and the information is detailed. Best part about Confluence is we can create difference spaces and different pages to work with the team. We can keep all the projects, current assignment, budget, meeting notes and all other information in these spaces and also share with the team or company.
