The platform is user-friendly, and many employees feel a sense of accomplishment by completing tasks each month rather than simply receiving a monthly allowance. As an employee, there are additional steps required to claim the allowance, which could be streamlined. As an admin, having enhanced reporting features for deeper analysis would be very helpful. Ease of administration. We're able to run a Lifestyle benefit globally in minutes rather than the days it previously worked. Compt is constantly evolving their features, most in direct response to any friction points experienced by admins or end users. Customer support is top-notch with any issues (rare) resolved usually in hours.
