It is bit complex and also difficult to navigate which inturn becomes more time consuming. It is not having good customer support which creates dis satisfaction with product. It is not free and there are alternative economical options available in market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main issue I ran into so far is, when using the same claim for a calendar year you cant go back and chose the date of the recpet if its not in the same quarter. I think there should be some option to ether pick the date of the recpet or if you are doing the same claim again just be able to have an option to choose to use a previous claim so its more accurate for the process.
