What do you like best about Compport Compensation Management?

It has been 3 cycles, that we have been using Compport - as our Compensation Partner for our annual appraisals. The flexibility and the analytics that the tool provides is one of the best available in the market.

The support received by the team, and especially the partner (Sushant) has been unparalled to this date.

One of the best things about them is that they always approach any challenge or requirement with a can-do attitude.

It is very user-friendly and the compensation partner and rest of the compport team ensured smooth transition in the their implementation approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Compport Compensation Management?

There is always room for improvement, which the team is constantly driving for. A little more simplification in navigation throught the rule creation will be extremely helpful for first time users of Compport. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compport is a very user friendly tool compensation database tool I liked its interface and the flexibility of the tool. What do you like best about Compport Compensation Management?

We ran our first cycle on Compport and everything ran smoothly. The tool was inuitive and had great features for both admin and end employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Commport tool system provides a digital platform that automated our compensation processes (e.g. annual merit increases, off cycle salary adjustments) that helps drive efficiency, accuracy and offer better employee, HRBP and manager experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Should be more flexible in terms of updatiing few fields eg % signs in the headers and on the amounts as well.

2.Reports customization - Admin can have rights to all the fields but for rest should be able to control access

What do you like best about Compport Compensation Management?

The use of compport has replaced the use of Excel and the performance management process is streamlined, easy to review, and download the data at any point in time also helps us in Compliance.

Also, I would like to add that the customer support provided by Aarti Lakhani is superb and ready to help at any point in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
