I really like how easily searchable Coda makes all added resources. The collapsable sections make it simple to find the sections you are searching for and drill down into the specific information you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the formatting options for texts and inserting images was better. Formatting text to strikethrough, be a different font, ect, is not as intuitive as other tools and inserting images/other media into a Coda section is not easily done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to lock table columns and customize forms for a more visually appealing presentation are features that could enhance the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to document and collaborate in one single place, it has become our go to documentation platform.
It combines the functions of google docs/sheets etc and keeps them in one centralized document/place.
Customer support will help create or even share their documents with you to fit your needs.
Also only pay per doc maker, not per user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I dislike about the product, just wish I knew some more coding to really take my docs to the next level Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has tons of possibilities. You can write documentation, create (complex) tables, create pages inside pages, mention people and pages, integrate with miro, google sheets/docs/etc, insert images, links... I think it is the most complete tool I have ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features and possibilities are not very clear and intuitive. Although the interface is very user-friendly, you have to figure out how to use certain functions. Like when you 'mention' data from a table on another table and then you cannot edit it because it is from a different table, and then you have to look for that table on every page and subpage until you find it and edit the content you want. I like the ease of use. It's fundamentally changed the way we communicate. And new features are added regularly (usually the ones we want). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's a bit of a learning curve for new team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We can run our ministry, teach classes, and operate our own homeschool and household all through coda. It is the most versatile system I have ever encountered. The coding language is intuitive, and I feel that there are practically no limits to what I can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the lack of cross-compatibility with industry standard markdown, which would have allowed me to do more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have no true dislikes for Coda, the platform delivered in every area I'd hoped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using Coda for over a year now, and it's been a revelation. As a developer, I've tried numerous tools for project management, note-taking, and collaboration, but Coda has become my go-to solution. Here's why:

The lack of direct cross-compatibility with Industry-standard Markdown. As a software inspired by Markdown, it is a shame it does not allow for direct import from and export to Markdown (even if certain capabilities would not be translatable to Markdown). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
