What do you like best about ClearSale?

What do you like best about ClearSale?

Having ClearSale to back our transactions has given us piece of mind when it comes to the safety of us going into the E-Commerce space. It is very intuitive to both use and administer. Setting it up was easy with the assistance of ClearSale. All of our transactions run through the product automatically which makes it easier for us to be confident that we will not have issues. What do you dislike about ClearSale?

There isn't much that I don't like about ClearSale. The only thing that I can really think of is one transaction that I had that took over a day to process, but that was likely because it was a questionable card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClearSale?

It helps me sell with peace of mind knowing that we have ClearSale backing us up on orders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearSale?

Honestly, overall it's very good. I'd say if they had to improve it would be 2 minor improvements:

1. The window for reviewing orders seems to be very wide. Some orders are reviewed in seconds and some well over 12 hours. For most businesses, this should be fine, but because we ship most orders same day, this can hold us up at times.

Easy to deal with, quick implemetaion, very good customer support, great features and east to integrate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClearSale?

Responsiveness of support team and order review team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearSale?

Lots of manual effort. Web portal is abysmal, has been for years despite feedback. Several false flags. Sometimes approvals stretch for days. Chargebacks must be explicitly submitted for reimbursement consideration. Shopify and PayPal now offer chargeback protection, making this redundant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClearSale?

Great customer service; when we needed help, staff went above and boyond to help us out. It also protects you against fruad, which although many may think wont happen to them, as a small or new business, fruad can significantly hurt your profit and could cause you to go bust. Small fee for unlimited protection! No brianer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearSale?

Only dislike was when our company had a fraudulent order through our back end, which was not covered by clear sale - not directly their fault but frustarting at the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fraud analysis for Order is not too fast.

Price is expensive than other Service Provider.

Does not refund bank charges for Chargeback.

Chargeback amount is refunded after month or more.
