Signifyd genuinely cares about their relationship with their clients and wants to grow and evolve with their needs. Product development is non stop and the user expierence is always improving. Signifyd considers every bit of feedback from their customers and try to impliment relevant items. They keep up with current fraud trends and anticpate future trends and product needs. Easy to operate with simplified dashboard design and theme to navigate between tools and features. Modern solutions in detecting fraud transaction by utilizing advance transaction scoring and risk assessement algorithm calculation. Signifyd gives a fraud score which can be used to help determine whether an order is fraud or legitimate. The score can be used to weed out fraudsters who are testing stolen cards or attempting to steal our products. The score tells us if an order is legitimate or if it's fraud, the score is rarely a "maybe". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I Love Signifyd!
I have increased my orders SIGNIFICANTLY on our website.
Before our fraud filters ruled out MANY orders, and we lost the order
Many time before the customers would try to get an order in 5 or 6 times before finally finding out that an address was abbreviated, or city was mispelled before finally getting and order to go through
Or they would abandon the cart altogether.
I now have zero fraud.
Before we had to check each order, and make a personal decision if its was fraud or not. Now its automatic and guaranteed.
We have caught ALL the scammers who tried to take advantage of us.
I have had to make only one claim in a year of use! And they paid it out immediately

A little pricey for the smaller businesses that are not doing as much credit card business each month - there is a minimum payment per month, or percentage of sales, whatever is greater

Signifyd takes away the need for a manual review process which saves up a lot of man power and allows our team members to focus on other issues. We also have upgraded our existing service to include complete chargeback protection which means they cover liability and risk for any chargeback received! This includes chargebacks with fraudulent reason codes and item not received or other non-fraud chargeback reason codes. Through this upgraded service, this eliminates the need for my team to manually submit claims and request reimbursements as the whole process is now automated.
I also like Signifyd's console and insights dashboard that shows very useful analytical data related to risk, traffic and more which I view on a weekly basis. They also show us benchmarking results so we can compare how we're performing against others in the industry.

I don't really have any complaints as it is a great tool and any "areas of improvement" do not outweigh the benefits and good things about this tool. The order resubmission process could be improved. If there were a way to categorize resubmissions or quickly provide the information Signifyd is looking for when resubmitting an order. They are pretty easy to approach and friendly to work with.
I like their console portal, which is not our of dated compares to other traditional protals. Another highlights is their account managers are very quick respond to my questions and we all using Slack to communicate and schedule meetings, saved tons of my time. I believe there are still some imporve compents on the user portals could be imporved for a much more helpful tool for Signifyd's clients. I have brought a couple of ideas and suggestions ideas to my account manager, I know he tried his best to provide them to the product develop team already. Not sure if there is a limited resrouces for that team, the imporvements still not shown on the front end, while they're welcome your suggestions all the time. This is a little confusing.
