Signifyd is mitigating the risk with accepting online orders paid via credit card or alternate payment options such as PayPal and etc. This allows our team to focus solely on growth without having to worry about increase of chargebacks or fraud. "I really don’t like leaving one-star reviews..."

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Generally, the product is ok, however the frustration of dealing with them isn't really worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

I really don’t like leaving one-star reviews, but after being a generally happy Signifyd customer for years, I’m out of other options. What should have been a simple renewal has dragged on with long stretches of no response, which has made it surprisingly hard to get basic questions answered or move anything forward.

The other issue is the contract itself. The agreement we were sent contained terms and provisions that were not what we discussed and not what we expected to sign, and we weren’t given a workable path to correct those mismatches.

I’m genuinely disappointed because the product relationship has been solid historically. If you’re considering Signifyd, my advice is to be very careful during renewal: insist on timely communication and make sure the contract you receive matches what was actually agreed to. I appreciate this tool for its features, particularly the chargeback guarantee and fraud protection. What I find especially valuable is that once I guarantee an order, I can confidently approve it for immediate shipping, which saves me hours of manual review. "Signifyd Continues to Evolve with the Times"

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd has continued to evolve since my last review, there's no complacency down there. The recent UI updates added additional intelligence points that enable us to quickly, and most important, accurately, screen for fraud. The new Power Search is a powerful tool and we've barely scratched the surface of what it is capable of. With Signifyd we haven't sent out a single fraudulent order in over 2 years now. What do you dislike about Signifyd?

There is a feature I've wanted for years but I'm not sure it's even possible. Signifyd notes when an individual is associated with previous chargebacks, which is fantastic, but it would be nice to have additional intelligence in regards to whether it was a fraudulent chargeback or for a legitimate reason. What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signifyd has helped us prevent tens (perhaps even hundreds) of thousands of dollars in fraud. We're in an industry that isn't targeted by fraud very often ,and even with that they've saved us incredible amounts of revenue and product that would have otherwise been lost. Their guarantee means when we're pressed for time, we can guarantee an order and not have to spend a second worrying if it was fraud. When we're not pressed for time, Signifyd gives us all the information needed to make a manual review decision, and that information doesn't cost us anything. "Protect money from fraudster activity and attempt"

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Automatic data analyst to check every payment made by customer, instant reject or profile block if the fraud scoring is more than the threshold, if the score is on average, the system will trigger for manual approval. Fake product orders to claim chargeback is fully stopped by the prevention system, it saves is from chargeback fee that payment gateway charge for every payment chargeback, which can amount in thousand every months. We work closely with customer support whenever we had issues like false positive detection or to lower the threshold score for certain profiles, they are easy to work with and always accomoditating. What do you dislike about Signifyd?

Setup and configuration is very complex and need for technical users to work on it. When we implement it on the first month, multiple error appear and halting our operation, but good gesture from customer support service that tirelessly helping us to be back on track.
