Saves us time as it checks every order for potential fraud.  Easily integrates into our process.

Not much to dislike...wasn't hard to implement...sometimes the service is down, but they are very quick to resolve.

**What problems is ClearSale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fraud is a big issue in our business.  Sometimes, when an order has some "flags" that could indicate potential fraud, we have to err on the side of caution and cancel, even though it was possibly legitimate.  Money loss there.  Also, the time it takes for us to do our due diligence keeps us away from other tasks. Time saver there.

it is very easy to use and helps tell us what transactions are fraud or approved its format is very straightforward and the pricing is affordable it is also very easy to integrate into your companies website. We use it everday almost as we get a ton of websales

**What do you like best about ClearSale?**

We've just completed our project to switch to a new ecommerce platform, and have opted for Clearsales. Clearsales was incredibly easy to integrate with Shopify, we had great service for all our questions, answered in a super reasonable time. The service offered by Clearsales is well worth it, especially as this work was done on a daily basis by our in-house team, who can now focus on higher value-added tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClearSale?**

We have much less loadback management, of course, but we don't see this information in clearsales. I'd have liked our admin teams to have this information directly from the platform. Also from a continuous improvement point of view, that way clearsales would be aware of orders that have ended up as chargebacks.

**What problems is ClearSale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearsales analyzes every order on our ecommerce site and answers whether it's a fraudulent poentielle or not within 24 hours. If it is a potential fraud, the order is voided automatically, which means we don't have to double-check it.

We love being able to know in advance if our sales are authorized sales or not. In a world where fraud is on the rise, this helps us to build and withold meanningful connections with our customers. In our experience, when customers are flagged for potential fraud, they are incredibly grateful we take the extra step to go above and beyond to make sure it is a verified purchase (thanks to ClearSale!). In the rare event a customer is completely miffed in this process, this typically tells us the transaction is fraudulent, which we appreciate knowing in advance. This service has greatly helped us cut down the number of chargebacks we have per quarter, which are a nuisance as a small business to track and handle when they are happening so frequently. Thank you for that!

**What do you dislike about ClearSale?**

When ClearSale updated their site, it was a bit tiresome getting to know basically a whole new platform, but it is still very informative and useful tool for our business.

Clearsale helps us to prevent chargebacks and know when a sale is legitimate or fraudulent. It also gives us insight into our customers and order frequency, as we can track a lot of sales stats in Clearsale that we don't have the same ease of doing through our POS.

**What do you like best about ClearSale?**

This company has saved us so much money since we've used them for the past year.  We used to have a ton of fraud on our website, and Clearsale has not only diminished the amount of fraud, but they back up any purchase they "approve".  They are easy to work with, and approve purchases usually within a couple hours.

**What do you dislike about ClearSale?**

They keep changing their user website, and although I think they are trying to make it better overall, its still sometimes confusing.  Plus, it seems every time I have to submit  a chargeback to them, the process on their website has changed.  Hopefully they find a process that works well for everyone soon.

We no longer loose product that we've shipped, fulfilling orders that turn out to be fraud.

**What do you like best about ClearSale?**

The upsides are:
• Peace of mind. Each time you receive an order, ClearSale analyses it and lets you know if it is safe. 
• Chargeback coverage. If their analysis finds the order is safe and you receive a chargeback on that order, it is covered and you get reimbursed.
• Responsive support. Whenever we have had questions, we have received help.
• Easy to set up. It was just a few clicks to get their app installed on our website.
• Integrates flawlessly with Shopify.
• You are in control. If there are any orders you want to remove from the coverage, you can do that through the ClearSale app dashboard and you aren't charged for the coverage on those orders.
• Affordable. They customize your plan according to the average number of orders you receive and an average order value. It comes out to be very inexpensive and is a percentage value. That way, if it is a small order, you pay a tiny amount for coverage.
• Huge time saver. We no longer have to spend time chasing our customers to verify their orders. This could be the biggest benefit.

There is no downside to using ClearSale.

We have been the victims of fraud several times in the past. This has completely solved the problem. It has also freed up a lot of our time,because we don't have to contact our customers to verify orders are not fraudulent.

Completely seamless. Orders are submitted to ClearSale automatically as soon as they occur. Greatly reduces fraud as an issue while clearing orders which our ecommerce platform flags as problematic thus allowing us to do business with customers who we might otherwise refuse or who might cause us to perform our own time-consuming clearance processes instead of focusing on other aspects of the business.

**What do you dislike about ClearSale?**

In situations where we are competing with other suppliers for inventory, occasionally longer order clearance times can be frustrating as our competitors grab stock while we are awaiting fraud clearance. However, our average clearance time is generally well under 2 hours so this is only an intermittent problem.

Excellent service from the entire team, from the first contact, they are quick, explain everything excellently, and help you with any questions, with the installation, and with any topic, even with recommendations. 10 out of 10!!!

The truth is, up to this moment, I think for those of us in Mexico, the only bad thing is knowing the number of identifications needed for refunds. THE GOOD THING IS THAT I HAVEN'T NEEDED THAT!

I was afraid to use other payment gateways besides PayPal or Mercado Pago, which have good anti-fraud systems, and with ClearSale I can now go back to using Stripe, for example.

If I get an unfair chargeback, Clearsale helps go to bat for me and it gives me peace of mind. Sometimes it takes much longer for ClearSale to verify transactions, and outside of weekly work hours takes even longer.

We ran into some trouble with a couple of fraudulent chargebacks, which was pretty stressful for our small online store. But, honestly, ClearSale was a lifesaver. They stepped in and took care of those costs for us. It's such a relief to know we have them by our side. A big shoutout to ClearSale for their incredible support, Thank you!

Having ClearSale to back our transactions has given us piece of mind when it comes to the safety of us going into the E-Commerce space. It is very intuitive to both use and administer. Setting it up was easy with the assistance of ClearSale. All of our transactions run through the product automatically which makes it easier for us to be confident that we will not have issues.

**What do you dislike about ClearSale?**

There isn't much that I don't like about ClearSale. The only thing that I can really think of is one transaction that I had that took over a day to process, but that was likely because it was a questionable card.

With ClearSale, worrying about fraudulent transactions is a thing of the past. Unless ClearSale approves it, we don't ship it.

It helps me sell with peace of mind knowing that we have ClearSale backing us up on orders

Honestly, overall it's very good. I'd say if they had to improve it would be 2 minor improvements:
1. The window for reviewing orders seems to be very wide. Some orders are reviewed in seconds and some well over 12 hours. For most businesses, this should be fine, but because we ship most orders same day, this can hold us up at times.

2. Email attachement with invoice.

Helping us minimize fraud well before it happens. We sell expensive product so every fraudulent order we avoid is a big relief for us.

There are very few things that I dislike about ClearSale. They are worth the money spent even as a small business and have protected our online store from fraud.

Lots of manual effort. Web portal is abysmal, has been for years despite feedback. Several false flags. Sometimes approvals stretch for days.  Chargebacks must be explicitly submitted for reimbursement consideration. Shopify and PayPal now offer chargeback protection, making this redundant.

Great customer service; when we needed help, staff went above and boyond to help us out. It also protects you against fruad, which although many may think wont happen to them, as a small or new business, fruad can significantly hurt your profit and could cause you to go bust. Small fee for unlimited protection! No brianer

Only dislike was when our company had a fraudulent order through our back end, which was not covered by clear sale - not directly their fault but frustarting at the time!

They agreed to work with my company being a new start up with not that many sales, and provided me with very favourable rates. Their portal is very intuitive and easy to navigate in case you need information about an order.

Nothing really. I didn't experience any negative with ClearSale, and I will hire them again in the future.

**What do you like best about ClearSale?**

Fairly easy to setup and launch. I think the fact they take on the risk of fraud is a god send. Prior to ClearSale, we were not only getting hit with a fraud cost, but also indirectly cost to manage the fraud. Now it's auto-magic.

**What do you dislike about ClearSale?**

They are located in Brazil for many resources, like customer service, so their is a bit of a gap cultural and time zone wise. Not a deal-breaker, but it's a challenge. Also, they recently did an upgrade that create a gap and we had to work through.

**What problems is ClearSale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preventing the all poweful scammers, hackers and generally bad people from wasting our time with fraud charges. I believe this will become more and more of a problem in the coming years.

Their customer service. They are always very fast to reply to any inquiry or doubt. We all know that in ecomerce you might have doubts about certain purchases, and they always reply fast enough for us to sort them quickly. Plus, they are incredibly trustworthy.

Before using ClearSale I was losing hundreds of dollars each month is fraud transactions. Eventually, I started holding orders and trying to verify them myself but it was labor intensive and inconvenient for my customers. In the year since switching ClearSale, I've only had one fraud sale go through, but they reimbursed me fully for the loss.

My account was easy to set up. We use shift4shop and clearsale integrated very smooth. We started using clearsale after several high dollar fraud purchases were made through our store.  Now I can rest easy knowing I have some protection  against fraud.

They made it easy to integrate chargeback insurance to my Shopify store. As a small business, chargebacks were incredibly annoying, and it was frustrating to have to try to make these decisions myself. ClearSale made it easy to insure so I could stop worrying about it, and they did it for a fair price.

It took some time to figure out setup + how to differentiate things like Walmart orders, but we got it figured out without too mcuh trouble.

ClearSale has helped us reduce the number of chargebacks from our online store. When we have received a chargeback they take charge through the guarantee they offer. Excellent service, I do recommend.

Maybe the part about Shopify's plugin sends the orders to ClearSale after they've already been paid for. Therefore, if any is denied, we must manually cancel it.
