Clearsales was incredibly easy to integrate with Shopify, we had great service for all our questions, answered in a super reasonable time. The service offered by Clearsales is well worth it, especially as this work was done on a daily basis by our in-house team, who can now focus on higher value-added tasks. **What do you dislike about ClearSale?** We have much less loadback management, of course, but we don't see this information in clearsales. I'd have liked our admin teams to have this information directly from the platform. Each time you receive an order, ClearSale analyses it and lets you know if it is safe. • Chargeback coverage. If their analysis finds the order is safe and you receive a chargeback on that order, it is covered and you get reimbursed. • Responsive support. Whenever we have had questions, we have received help. • Easy to set up. It was just a few clicks to get their app installed on our website. • Integrates flawlessly with Shopify. • You are in control. If there are any orders you want to remove from the coverage, you can do that through the ClearSale app dashboard and you aren't charged for the coverage on those orders. • Affordable. They customize your plan according to the average number of orders you receive and an average order value. It comes out to be very inexpensive and is a percentage value. That way, if it is a small order, you pay a tiny amount for coverage. • Huge time saver. We no longer have to spend time chasing our customers to verify their orders. I'd say if they had to improve it would be 2 minor improvements: 1. The window for reviewing orders seems to be very wide. Some orders are reviewed in seconds and some well over 12 hours. For most businesses, this should be fine, but because we ship most orders same day, this can hold us up at times. 2.
