One of Webex's greatest strengths is its ability to seamlessly integrate with existing university systems. Transitioning from traditional lectures to virtual sessions was surprisingly smooth. Professors familiar with PowerPoint felt right at home with Webex's presentation tools, while students enjoyed the ease of joining classes with a single click. What I like the most about Webex is how easy it was to get started. The setup didn’t take long, and it worked well across all the devices we use. We use it almost daily, and it’s reliable—meetings run smoothly, and the tools for screen sharing and breakout rooms help keep everyone engaged. Sometimes it takes a little longer to load meetings, especially when using it on older laptops. And while the mobile app is great for quick calls, it doesn’t offer the full experience you get on desktop. It would be great to have more consistency between the two. We use Webex in our organization to communicate with our peers. It helps us organize and create tasks and be able to connect with one another at ease. The app has a great easy interface and allows you to have a flow of communication within your company . You can share files, messages and even search back in history of the chat by using keywords. I notice Webex can help you communicate better within your team at work and allows you to be more transparent. There wasn't much downside of using Webex , the only thing is if you're using Webex and want to have the communication on other devices you must install the app on each device as this is not cloud based. The main thing I don't like about WebEx is when they push out MAJOR updates to the GUI and don't give you a heads-up! I've been using their software for over 10 years now and still to do this day I can't share my screen and get rid of all toolbars and icons from the screen. Meaning the 2nd monitor (which is a projector in our main conference room) that I'm sharing in the meeting with our slide show always has a toolbar or icon in a way that I can't get rid of!!!
