We use Webex in our organization to communicate with our peers. It helps us organize and create tasks and be able to connect with one another at ease. The app has a great easy interface and allows you to have a flow of communication within your company . You can share files, messages and even search back in history of the chat by using keywords. I notice Webex can help you communicate better within your team at work and allows you to be more transparent. There wasn't much downside of using Webex , the only thing is if you're using Webex and want to have the communication on other devices you must install the app on each device as this is not cloud based. The main thing i like most is that it can integrate with other tools which increases its overall efficiency. It is easy to use though it take time to learn due to vast features. it is highly scalable and customers can scale as per their need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As i use this product on daily basis, the main i faced in using this that its interface is quite complex for the first time due its vast features. Though it states its wide integration capabilities with other applications however its integration with other applications can only be scaled to which the application can support. For me Webex Suite stands out for its simplicity, I enjoy the screen sharing functionality, the security features that bolster privacy and data management, the easy to navigate interface, and the audio and video quality that make meetings and video conferences really nice. The scaleability, ease of use and features the platform provides. We use WebEx 2-3 times a month for our monthly corporate meetings that has over 2-300 users logged in at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing I don't like about WebEx is when they push out MAJOR updates to the GUI and don't give you a heads-up! I've been using their software for over 10 years now and still to do this day I can't share my screen and get rid of all toolbars and icons from the screen. Meaning the 2nd monitor (which is a projector in our main conference room) that I'm sharing in the meeting with our slide show always has a toolbar or icon in a way that I can't get rid of!!! With the WebEx app I'm able to take my meetings on the go with me. So then I don't have to have access to a computer I literally have the app on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes when I log into my WebEx app it tends to freeze when I'm trying to connect to a call that's the only downside it doesn't happen all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am now a hard user of webex for the last couple of month. Especially webex suite which is like a best friend of mine. Being a someone who take daily virtual meeting for clients, community and partners. Yes, webex is a super tool with a lot of features like integration, collaboration, audio and video quality which no other platforms are giving at this moment. I really like how easy Webex Suite is to use, and it has great features for online meetings and teamwork. Webex Meeting is mostly using and like because of most of the time i am using for schedule meeting with team and virtually togather with diff location colleague for discussiing the on going project and implementation. webex suit is one of the best tool for video conferencings and meetings and higly sugested by me , the quality of audio and video is best and makes it good for even professional meetings , it offers wide of features like meetings , messaging, calling,polling and even whiteboard in one place only , in one of its version now it even integrated ai -powered featurs whih top noch and which makes it better from all other competitors of it .if you use it frequently daily you will get easily used to it and will realise hoe easily it can be implemented and integrated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

things i dislike about webex is that for a new user its hard to understand as a beginner it will take quite a time to learn hoe to use it and implement it , even sometimes it shows lags and performs poor which creates frustations like in using whiteboard its not fully efficient ,and another thing is the cost which is quite high then other similar products in the market, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webex Meetings is a nice tool for meetings & team collaboration virtually. It makes life easy to meet from anywhere. Video & Audio calls are very clear some time that's drags based on the users

Webex is an excellent place for teamwork, group tasks, and collaboration, Also this is a good tool for webinars without hassle, Also the recoding has the option to store in the cloud recording so we don't need to relay on our local storage
