I really only like the email tracking feature. Having emails automatically logged in SFDC is also nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything else. Feedback I hear a lot is that Cirrus Insights primary features work well, however the new features are not yet ready for implementing in my opinion. Too many bugs in flight plans, and calendar syncing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Is like a swiss army knife for email! Even the basic functionality is great and easy to setup.
And then you get a lot of extra bonuses like the ability to send calendar openings to your contacts and have them select what works best for them and just shows automatically in your calendar.
The app detects when you do not have a contact and allows you to create it very quickly even if the contact does not have an account.

Cirrus makes it super easy to dial in your Salesforce workflow and get more done from your in-box, where we all spend so much of our time. I've been using the app since it came out and I have been amazed at how rapidly it has developed and how it has its evolution has never sacrificed the intuitive nature of user interface. I've had a lot of challenges getting Cirrus Insight to work with my calendar. It has created events from co-workers' calendars and rendered the feature useless to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its glitchy. It does not track emails when on a thread, makes email slower sometimes, recently it hasnt been logging emails in salesforce for already created organizations/contacts and it hasnt been logging new contacts when a meeting is scheduled. Cirrus Insight is the easy and quickest way to start tracking your outbound e-mail communication. I love the email template feature and the easy reporting.
Every morning when I log in, I can see all of my emails correspondence that was open and can follow-up with them immediately.
We are rolling this tool out for our inside sales team next month, and are looking forward to seeing how the tool works when we can start sharing templates.

The only thing that I would change (and their could already be a solution, we just dont know it yet) if a contact has two email address', you can only see the first email from Cirrus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
