That it is able to sync all of our emails to salesforce with ease. I like how the drag and drop interface saves me ours each week and that it is efficient in notifying which emails have been synced and which failed.

I do not like that there are times where it requires us to relogin consistently and that the outlook calendar syncing to XLR8 is not always accurate.

The expanded functionality beyond standard email sync, especially features like Time Slots and multi-opportunity logging. Our sales team really values the increased visibility in Salesforce. The ability to customize which additional object fields are exposed in the RG side panel based on user needs rather than a one size fits all approach, is also an advantage.

**What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?**

One challenge was the amount of troubleshooting required during our pilot, primarily related to the initial configuration. It took time and coordination with Support to get everything working as expected. Once those setup issues were resolved, the system has been stable and is now functioning with minimal issues.

Revenue Grid has significantly reduced our manual data entry by automatically capturing all activities into our CRM. This automation allows our team to focus more on building customer relationships rather than administrative tasks. It's a huge time-saver and keeps our data accurate.

To be honest, I haven't encountered any significant downsides or issues while using Revenue Grid so far. The platform works exactly as expected and has met all my needs perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with its current performance and features.

Before I started using Revenue Grid, finding specific emails in Gmail was a frustrating and time-consuming process. Revenue Grid changed this by automatically organizing and syncing my emails directly to the relevant Salesforce accounts. Now, I can conveniently view the complete communication history for each account in a single location. This has saved me a significant amount of time and has made it much easier and more efficient for me to communicate with my customers.

**What do you like best about Revenue Grid?**

Revenue Grid has consistently provided exceptional support. Whenever we submit a support ticket, the team responds quickly and takes immediate action. As a large company, we often submit multiple tickets, sometimes several in a single day. Despite this high volume and the added complexity of working across different time zones, the support team always replies promptly and efficiently.

The product itself is also excellent. It has significantly increased our employees' productivity and automated tasks like sending follow-up messages through Sequences and scheduling meetings with Book Me and Time Slots. This automation enables our team to focus more on revenue-generating activities.

While Sequences and Book Me/Time Slots are user-friendly, they do require some training for our users.

Implementation was very smooth, especially during our system migration. The team, and Kirill in particular, supported us throughout the process, guiding me step by step as we integrated Revenue Grid products into our new system.

**What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?**

There is honestly nothing I dislike about Revenue Grid. Since I also work in a technical field, I can appreciate the challenges and limitations they face in enhancing their product, and I understand that not every feature can be implemented right away.

**What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform provides automated follow-up messages, which has made scheduling meetings much simpler. Using Sequences has greatly lessened the mental effort required to keep track of whom our employees need to follow up with. As for Book Me and Time Slots, these features have minimized the usual back-and-forth involved in setting up meetings, often reducing the process to a single email exchange and allowing meetings to be scheduled within just a day or two.

The integration with salesforce for logging emails and interactions is extremely helpful. I also love the "book me" feature which makes scheduling efficient. The support was quick and helpful, they solved my issue right away.

There is nothing that comes to mind. I am still new using it and it has been easy to use so far.

The best thing about revenue grid is how easily it integrates with Outlook and Salesforce. Honestly, we looked at a few similar third party tools and RG took the cake! It makes it so much easier to save emails to Salesforce and creating new records from people who email you is a sinch. I would definitely recommend this product for any company looking to do similar.

**What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?**

Something I wish revenue grid could do that I would love an upgrade for is for situations where you delete an email that you previously saved, I wish the Salesforce tag in Outlook would be removed, like I wish it was intuitive in that way that the system could tell that you deleted the email, so it wouldn't look like you still saved that email, when seeing the email in Outlook.

Revenue Grid allows our organization to track emails easily regardless of who sends them because its associated to the record in SF, anyone can view them.

**What do you like best about Revenue Grid?**

Mass emailing without the feel of automation.
The AI chat!!!!! It pulled every bit of information I was looking for regarding a single account around growth and interractions. It then went on to build the tables for me show I can represent the data in a chart! It also builds my recipient lists for me for my sequences based on my requests.

I have over 2000 contacts and Revenue Grid gives me the ability to get a message quickly without making my message feel automated.  The AI feature generates data regarding growth and engagement and other KPIs that are needed for QBRs, etc.  I save so much time using the AI feature so that I can focus on sales and nurturing relationships rather than building reports.

The email/contact sync is extremely helpful and has saved me countless hours. The sequences are great too, and the formatting stays clean and consistent instead of getting funky like it does with some other competitors.

**What do you like best about Revenue Grid?**

Extremely easy to use UI. If you are missing any information or formats to start any sequence then you are prompted. The templates and previewing elements to the tool are really useful as you can see exactly. 
If ever i had any questions around sequences or mailers being sent, and i had to raise a case with support, they were very quick to engage and reply and provide comprehensive support, rather than being just pushed to the Q&A area which other companies do.

**What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?**

Very few issues, it has always worked very well for myself and the team. Only issue which limited larger adoption within my organisation was the lack of integration with Microsoft Dynamics.

Automating outbound reach and then analysing the impacts of those mailers. Giving us the ability to adapt and change the messaging if needed based on the data we saw

Manual sales tracking is complex as managers lack visibility on what reps do and how prospects engages. However, since we started using Revenue Grind things changed drastically, it allows clear visibility on activity trends and performance on the dashboard and also helps in tracking engagement.

I appreciate that it streamlines the process of adding contacts into Salesforce. I have a number of meetings and use it often to add contacts in. It's also easy to use and implement/integrate with my inbox.

**What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?**

The main drawback for me was that I couldn't use it with Spark, the mail app I previously relied on. However, my organization has now switched to Superhuman, which does integrate with it.

It's solving the problem of frequently forgetting to add contacts into Salesforce. I appreciate that it prompts me to add those contacts in so I don't forget. It's also helping our whole organization have an accurate contact list.

Super easy to use and administer.  Game changer for automatic recording of everything outlook to Salesforce.  Love the calendar invite functionality as well.  Always making updates and adding new features.  Support is quick to respond and always willing to help.

It does crash from time to time, but a quick restart of Outlook will fix that.  No other complaints on my end.

While there is a bit of a learning curve, I found Daryna to be extremely helpful throughout the process of getting up to speed.

It automatically loads emails into our tracking system, which saves a lot of manual data entry and ensures everything is accurately recorded. We’re also able to schedule and send out email blasts directly through the platform, which makes outreach faster and more consistent. The products (Inbox, Guided Selling, Engage) are all very well designed and work seamlessly with Salesforce. To add cherry on the top, the team is super efficient and responsive and have always been on top of the new requirements we have presented.

It definitely recommended to use Revenue Grid and all their products. I actually wish they had more products as they do such a good job at it.

We are tracking our Outlook activites directly into Salesforce and Inbox has been working great for the same. Sequences has helped us with a lot of our Marketing activities and announcements. Guided Selling has a lot of powerful data visualizations and keeps us on the top of our game to do better to convert the deals.

Revenue Grid Support. Anytime I have a question or need to know how to do something, they are right there with help and/or answers. It's quite refreshing!

**What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?**

Updates tend to change settings which can lead to disruption. Not knowing what my original background settings are doesn't allow me to make corrections on my own. RG is always quick with the corrections when notified, but I feel awkward always having to ask.

**What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RG is helping us tie our email (Outlook) to Salesforce. Connecting the two affords us the ability to always have the relevant information tied to the corresponding opportunities in SF.

This tool has made my life 10x easier. I track emails, meetings, Add contacts to Salesforce directly from my email address, ect. Love that you can see if your recipient opened the email. Additionally this saves me hours every day from manually tracking these things. 

Before, I was using the chrome plug in and it constantly broke. Since using Revenue Grid, I have not had a single issue!

Can't think of much! It was easy to implement and customer service has been super helpful!

I appreciate how it automatically logs my activities in Delphi, and its simplicity makes it very user-friendly. The customer service and support have been excellent, consistently checking in and following up on my ticket until the issue was fully resolved.

At times, the connection between Outlook and Revenue Grid fails, which means I can't use the add-in when this happens. Additionally, revenue grid does not seem to capture the information from inquiries and therefore I'm unable to log activities associated with an inquiry via revenue grid.

Revenue Grid has been an integral tool for our sales team to quickly sync Contacts, Emails and Opportunities into our Salesforce environment. It has been a flexible alternative to EAC and has helped our adoption process across the board. On top of that, their sales and support team has been extremely attentive to our needs.

Some changes require RG support to apply, but they have been quick to respond when these situations arise.
