What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

The ability to log activities and email into SF with the click of a button is invaluable. As a sales person, reducing the amount of time I spend each day on non-sales-related activities is crucial to my success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

It can sometimes take a little while to load up all of the information from salesforce. That spinning wheel can sometimes feel like a century! It seems to be worse when gmail introduce an update, but I guess that is to be expected! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowing me to see when clients have opened emails is invaluable. I sometimes pickup the phone when I know they've just opened the email (what a coincidence!) and has led to some great conversations. The flight plans function is also INCREDIBLE. Being able to streamline an automate sales campaigns in no time. Really a 10/10 tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If i send an email to multiple people there should be an option to "log all" as opposed to going through and logging each one by one. It takes a very long time. Fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

It was so easy to install and there was virtually no training needed to start using it. With a click of a button my activities are recorded in Salesforce. I am also an admin of the tool, and it couldn't be easier to administer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tracking all related emails in Salesforce with Cirrus was our company's main pain point as the built in Salesforce functionality didn't work consistently. Cirrus has worked flawlessly. The benefit to be able to record the activity in whichever object you want so that all people touching the accounts and opportunities can see what communication has been going on is invaluable. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Seamless workflow from Gmail to Salesforce logs all my emails and is only a few clicks from access to the records I need. Keeps a lot of valuable info at hand and makes editing records from within Gmail super simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Feels like a few more clicks than it should be to get to the phone numbers or link to salesforce records that I need. Also, sometimes when I click on the sidebar it brings up hubspot or google calendar instead of the Cirrus info that I want! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I love that setup is easy. With a relatively high turnover, I don't have to spend much time getting new users set up. The admin portal is also very straightforward. It makes is easy for me to keep track of users and activity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

While the easy to use interface is great, it's not necessarily an improvement over built-in features that come with Salesforce. There is also a bit of a learning curve on training our new staff on it's used in our scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
