Works well with SalesForce for mass e-mails and logging email from clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Attachments are added to individual emails at the end. Would love to have the option to attach to all of them at once. Also, more options for using different formats in emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability to track easily if recipient has opened email, great integration with Salesforce, ability to attach correspondence to multiple objects in Salesforce org, scheduling and calendar sync seemlessly with google calendar, ability to create new lead/oppty quickly in one browser page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are many times there are sync issues or the system needs to be disabled as an extension and restored. It can be frustrating. Also, it has automatically unsync my calendar in the past. interface is a bit awkward/outdated; our sales agent was great but other attempts to resolve user issue wasn't handled as well as it could've been (very basic suggestions given) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love having all of the information I need when working with a lead at my fingertips and not having to open multiple tabs in order to see a whole view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is very little I dislike about the product, I do wish the navigation bar was less bulky, and an easier way for it to fit the screen size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cirrus Insights is very easy to use. The ability to update leads, contacts and opportunities in my email client (Gmail) is a huge time saver. I especially like being notified when someone opens or clicks and email I've sent. Also, appointment setting is fantastic. I've had multiple prospects comment on it. My only dislike is reporting. I wish it could be customized more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
easily integrates with gmail and does a decent job of tracking e-mails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it's breaks down once in a while. It's also not 100% accurate on tracking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This software is designed to bridge gaps between email and Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything. Templates don't edit properly. Emails don't sync. It fails more often than it functions has a net negative effect on productivity.
IT also reflects poorly on GSuite and Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Auto syncing of email to SFDC is key. When it is connected it works great and logs things appropriately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The connection with gmail and CI disconnects every other week. It gets frustrating to clear cache and take additional steps to troubleshoot and get it working again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cirrus easily tracks my emails and provides accurate open email data. It also has a great connector Salesforce which makes data entry simple. I wish it would automatically add reply emails to Salesforce without me having to manually add them, it can be a pain sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It slows down my Gmail significantly and is prone to failures. I also don't like how it can sometimes disappear from my inbox completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the meeting scheduling functionality. It's a great tool to allow your client have to power over when they are free to meet you whilst you are still the one pushing for a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find some of the UI for it takes up a lot of the screen, and I can't slim it down. For example, the blue bar across the top. This is especially noticeable when I open an email in a separate window and the blue bar takes up the same space as the buttons for archive etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
