Cirrus has become quite essential for my day to day. It makes the connection of my email to Salesforce seamless, both of which I rely on all day every day to keep track of the prospects and customers that I work with. It connects everything with one click and oftentimes is able to automate the connection without having to click anything. Very easy to use once it's set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When there are problems or bugs (which has happened a couple times this year), I have noticed how disruptive it is for my day to day. Since it is typically running in the background, when it stops working, it becomes incredibly tedious to connect Salesforce and my communications via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally, for no apparent reason, Google Chrome will lose the installation and I have to reinstall but it only takes a minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The feature I use the most is the option to add follow up reminder on emails. I’m able to have emails returned on a specified date in order to follow up and make sure an outbound request was completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could specify to deactivate the reminder based on a specific person to reply. I can have the follow up turn off if there is no response at all, but I often email groups of people and I need the reply from one person to close the task. Provides As a relatively new user to Cirrus Insight, I am probably only just scratching the surface of it's capabilities, however, even at my level, it is saving a lot of time be integrating my outlook activities with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there needs to be a little more online tutorials , perhaps access to a user forum where people can share their success with common time consuming tasks that have been made easy CI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it automatically tracks emails opens and clicks. No need to send receipts anymore. If enabled, it also logs emails as activity which was great when I was in sales. Made life MUCH easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The sync between gmail and Salesforce was tenuous and seemed to break often. It only took a couple of minutes to re-enable, but was still annoying. I wish it was a little easier for me to see people's names when they open things - some notifications show up but others don't. It can get frustrating, but overall, it's easier. Attach.io has also allowed us to maintain design consistency when sharing a PDF report. Too often PDFs can look odd when viewed in a browser or some third party reader. With Attach.io, our PDF reports look great every time, showing each page of the PDF at its best viewing size. There is also a handy overview feature to navigate quickly to the page desired.
An additional feature we have found great use with is the seamless version control. This feature has allowed us to use the same link for a document but upload a newer version as needed. We really enjoy knowing when our prospects open our introductions / proposals, how much time they spent reviewing that information, and if they then forwarded that information to another, (previously unknown to us), party who also opens up and reviews that same information. It seems that occasionally the analytics of the opening of the attachments can be incomplete at times. The analytics will show the prospect not reviewing all of the slides in the deck, but when speaking to the prospect later it is obvious that they actually have reviewed all of the slides.
