When the platform actually works, it does an ok job of tracking emails and making it (sort of) easy to send email blasts. It syncs 2 ways with Salesforce which we found to be very useful. You can easily see the percentage of people who open emails that are sent from templates, which is very helpful for improving your email messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've run into so many bugs while using this software, and unfortunately their support has been very slow or downright unhelpful. There were quite literally weeks where we couldn't get a support tech to follow up to our requests for updates on our issue, meaning our sales team was unable to do their job of sending emails - as a result, we were significantly limited in our ability to drive new revenue to our company during that time. I had a negative experience with a mail merge complaint, after two support calls and a screen share I was told their engineering team was on it but I never heard back and had to complete the mailing both delayed and manually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
