I like the simplicity of being able to use it to track opens, clicks, and quickly log everything in Salesforce. Combine that with being able to keep track of tasks all inside my gmail and this is a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Takes some getting use to for more advanced salesforce admin. Things like calendar sync and logging events with custom subtypes can take a while to make sure Sales Reps are duplicating calls inside account records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have had a few repetitive issues. I've worked with their helpdesk to get resolved but then they come back. I have to refresh Cirrus Insights because email & calendar syncing will stop working. Get a lot of error messages in red box at top of the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy integration with Gmail. The Customer Service team has always been very responsiveness. Ability to edit salesforce records, opportunities, etc from gmail window is extremely helpful and improves rep time management. The calendar feature is extremely easy to use and very beneficial to schedule meetings without the back and forth.
