My only personal issue is that occasionally Cirrus Insights double saves the email into Salesforce. However, I would rather have 2 identical tasks saved rather than none at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Sometimes the contact info and details from SF that it's supposed to bring in when using templates built for that for a specific customer doesn't always work. It could be something that I am missing, but it is not always apparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Makes emails go a lot faster and makes it easy to track those comms in SF. It's great to have those automatically show up there so you can see the complete history. The ability to also create custom templates and organize those to save for later really help speed things up, especially when it automatically pulls relevant information from SalesForce into the email. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?
