What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

A few clicks of my mouse and all my activities show up in Salesforce! Not sure what everyone else uses this application for but for me it works as an extension from Outlook. My company uses Salesforce where we can track sales activities and prior to Zynbit, the process of doing that was so unrealistically tedious; Zynbit makes it much easier. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The only thing I could say (and I am not even sure if this would be considered a dislike) there is SO much you can do with this extension. You can add contacts into Salesforce, pull up opportunities, file emails into Salesforce. The list goes on! That being said, because you have so many functions you could utilize, the menu looks cluttered at times and sometimes I forget where certain buttons reside! What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I like that Cirrus works behind the scenes and automatically logs my email communications- I can easily refer back to my sfdc instance and review my last communications with the customer. In the past, I would have to search through my emails and it would be time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

I dislike to side panel of Cirrus in my Gmail. It can be minimized but at times it reappears and I cannot view the side panel preview of my email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cirrus Insight:

There is a lot of other functionality that Cirrus provides but I've found most companies focus solely on the email tracking feature. Their meeting scheduling tool is also very robust and should be leveraged deeper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cirrus helps me with accurately forecasting but logging my customer activity in sfdc. Those activities are then pulled into Datahug to evaluate the health of the deal. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

We were able to get it for a good rate. It has a OK calendar integration, does email tracking, and has flight plans.Very basic but gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Real notifications don't seem real time. The alerts do not seem to work all the time. Many times, it would adjust settings on its own and we wouldn't know why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not only is the ability to log emails directly into Salesforce a worthy utility, but the ability to track engagement makes a huge difference in how I approach my communication with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The one thing that could work better is that when associating contacts to an email, if I navigate out of the draft the association is lost meaning I have to do it all over again which defeats the purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
