What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Two things:

1) the 'Book Meeting' functionality within Gmail is awesome. Such a time saver

2) The ease with which one can see if a contact is already in Salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

1) Signature extraction simply does not work. The info shows up in the right pane, but it does not save on to the newly created contact

2) The frequency with which Contacts and Calendar synch breaks down and needs to be re-enabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cirrus Insight makes logging communications with external parties seamless. As avid Salesforce users, we appreciate having the integration of Salesforce and Gmail. In Development, the most important asset is your relationships. Without the historical records for a contact, donation history, etc. you run the risk of missing important indicators.
