I like seeing whos opening my email and how many times they are opening them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like how the location is inaccurate, or the device used is inaccurate; sometimes in a chain with multiple recipients, Cirrus is unable to say who is opening the email. Sometimes it doesn't say that they clicked a link, even if they did (and we would know because they would submit electronic forms) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Saves a lot of time by allowing me to log Salesforce events right from my inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only issue has been that the software occasionally stops working and I need to reset the plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The included features are nice to have and overall inbox integration is easily set up by the end user, at least on Gmail platform. We're on legacy pricing but recently upgraded to include flight plans for our business development unit, but all three pricing options feel comfortable given other SDR tools on the market. The engagement the flightplans give us, measured with the outcomes, are useful to give a granular analysis to biz dev's overall messaging. Sale reps are excited to begin utilizing attach.io for engagement analysis of the collateral the send out to prospects and customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support is terrible and the help center is not well maintained enough for end-users to have basic training.
Their articles are not in step with their functional releases and the CSMs and Support teams have very limited knowledge of product features, troubleshooting, and installation best practices.
There are minor flaws in the product everywhere. E.g. something as simple as re-sending an invitation to a new user requires additional steps because the "send invitation" will not trigger a duplicate email.
As an admin, I find it difficult to integrate key metrics within Salesforce and utilizing the global settings to enforce the behaviors I would like.
Additionally, we often have issues with sync turning off for no reason, the scheduler sending flawed emails (code in the text body) and most alarmingly, a potential customer reported getting sales messages after engaging with us through cirrus tools (scheduler and attach.io specifically). I love that we have the ability to seamlessly link Outlook to Salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There seem to be integration issues that cause outlook to crash, not sure if this is on Cirrus' end or Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's useful to connect client correspondence with the SalesForce database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doesn't always pick up the correct client, and uses the previous person by mistake Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our main use of Cirrus Insight is for transferring emails to our Salesforce Case Files. I also love the ability to transfer a signature line to create a new contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing I disliked was the time it was down. This program has become an essential part of helping our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
