What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Cirrus gives valuable insight in to email tracking and makes salesforce updates a breeze. It has been most helpful in knowing who opens my emails. It's fun and now. They even make taking a survey interesting! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The integration disconnects often and requires me to pay attention to re-log in - this has led to some issues in tracking email activity that I had to search back for. Since it's not easy to pay attention to, sometimes a week's worth of emails went untracked in salesforce. It would be nice to be able to just set it and forget it. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Seamless syncing of email Inbox as well as the Contacts helps accelerate the business deals. Sending out a small batch of emails under cirrus campaigns is very helpful for tracking the success of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Able to create the SFDC Contacts directly from SF.

By Syncing Emails as activities, we were able to track each and every step in a business deal. Dealing and updating the Opportunities directly from email is a gift. I hardly go to SFDC to update my records; most of my work is done through the email UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The follow up feature which I use a lot can be a little quirky at times and show a different follow up date then what I selected, but I have found that even with the wrong date shown (when hovering over the button) it reminds you on the correct day I selected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Being able to sync my activities right from my mailbox to my CRM. That is time-saving tool and every person with a busy schedule should be utilizing it. Apart from that, I also love the fact that I can create tasks for my CRM or "return to mailbox" (I love this), create account/contacts/leads/etc right from my mailbox. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

1) It hangs up a lot sometimes. We are dependent on it for our day-to-day and when it doesn't work, it creates chaos. But it's a technology and there will always be bugs. Support team helps but sometimes it takes forever which I dislike. One of my co-worker is experiencing the same at the moment.

2) Not a lot of resources available to help us with different features. For example, I have no idea what the flight plans are and I am sure I could use them but I could not find good resources. Luckily, we have a session with Cirrus soon so we should learn more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time Management: I create tasks to get back to my clients, which is great when you have tons of clients to deal with. It saves time in login activities so I can focus that time helping my clients. It's a time saver for me and I love every piece of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I find that the ability to track emails is the biggest competitive advantage. I check the ratio in which prospects open emails and then see if they have clicked on any of my links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes i get a cirrus reminder but the original email is missing so there is no information that allows me to figure out who i need to follow up with. also get logged out frequently and have to reconnect through salesforce.
