What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

The most utilized features for our team is the email integration to Salesforce, the Send Later feature, Tracking insights, and Appointment scheduling. These are incredibly helpful features that have enhanced the way we do our work!

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The Cirrus Insight platform can be rather glitchy. When using Cirrus on gmail, the platform can sometimes disappear randomly at times and would require you to re-download. When sending campaigns, it is a fantastic way to save time through mail merge, but it would be beneficial to have improved design features (i.e.changing the fonts in the drafts portion, having additional font color options, etc.). You could also be drafting an email, but then it has errors and won't let you send or will keep loading the drafts for the longest time and will never get past 10%. It can sometimes work again if you do it a few times. For the online appointment scheduling, I wish you could have additional adjustment features to the calendar event, such as adding in more questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has always been incredibly tedious to track our outreach on Salesforce to show how many emails you're sending out versus receiving, and being able to see the content clearly if multiple staff members are contacting the same partner representative. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I like the ease of logging emails from gmail into Salesforce and being able to track whether or not my emails have been opened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

I would love to be able to schedule emails for later times, but I don't want every single email and calendar invite logged into Salesforce--it makes the records too messy. To my knowledge, I'm not able to have one without signing up for the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team moves at a fast pace and not everyone uses Salesforce often, so having a way to log their movement with constituents without leaving gmail is super helpful. Our records are consolidated and much more accurate/up-to-date than they used to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Cirrus makes it simple to click a button to import your emails into Salesforce records and set follow up tasks. You can also see that an email has been added to Salesforce in case you weren't sure if you did sync them without having to log into Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

I cannot think of anything I dislike about Cirrus. The Cirrus window remains open alongside my email. Occasionally it doesn't load and you need to manually launch it would be the only item that could use improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cirrus Insight lets you work with Salesforce directly from your email. An easy to use Chrome extension with simple setup and customization. A valuable tool for quickly interacting with Opportunities and easily accessing my custom objects. I love the handy features like Send Later, Follow-Up, and Book Meeting. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The background calendar synchronization can be improved with notification about when synchronization is stuck. Reauthentication is required when signing in and out of various Google and Salesforce accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

A seamless way to move files and emails into the proper opportunities. UI is great and love that it integrates into Gmail. Love the email tracking side of the app and the admin dash for it. Easy to see who did what with each email I set to be tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Has some issues working nicely with other add-ons within Gmail. Had a week where it was throwing errors on my gmail and had no idea how to fix it. It also got me locked out of gmail several times because they said it was creating too many requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
