The ability to integrate with SalesForce and attach emails to any number of objects is great. The appointment/meeting setting functionality is also a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately, we have issues with the app not always functioning properly. We get error messages, and when in that state, the app ceases to function for us. This is being investigated with support, but that's by far the biggest problem we have, that it's not stable for us in our environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If it did what it was supposed to do it would be great; logging emails automatically, scheduling emails and meetings, creating and editing Salesforce email templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not reliable at all. It was working slow slowly that I had to switch my browser from Firefox to Chrome. Only about 1 out of 4 emails actually track. Adding emails to Salesforce doesn't always work. Sometimes adding email templates doesn't work after finnling in all the proper details - just blank as if never clicked. The add to Salesforce button sometimes disappears as soon as you hover over it. Searching for custom Salesforce items doesn't always work(have to click out of everything and only then *might* work). When in the adding to Salesforce window, typing in the searchbar sometimes repeatedly switches from the search bar to the related record type. When all details have been added in for templates, waiting for over a minute sometimes for the box to disappear. Error messages for an email comes up several minutes after the email is sent and disappears too quickly to read so not only impossible to tell which email it belonged to but no idea what went wrong with it. Also randomly disappears from Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Extremely easy to setup and use. Incredible functionality that allows your reps do SFDC work directly in Outlook, including using e-mail templates that you have set up in SFDC, including merge fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Seemingly constant updates. It's great that Cirrus keeps getting functionality, but it seems that I have to approve updates to my Cirrus app incredibly often. You also have to go directly to Cirrus' web site for updates rather than auto-updating.
Lastly, it seems that they push Gmail over Outlook. Normally this isn't an issue, but it's frustrating when functionality between Outlook and Gmail are months apart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy having the ability to track all my email conversations through Salesforce and easily assign them using Cirrus insights directly in Gmail. What's more, the email reminder tool has become an essential part of how I operate and manage follow ups for ongoing conversations. Also having the functionality to quickly edit Salesforce account information also within Google is always a very handy benefit. Should you need to see the account in more detail, you can click the name at the top and a new tab opens on Salesforce at the account in question. The email scheduling feature is also very convenient and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is a little 'fussy' at times. In particular, getting the tool to recognize a recently added contact to a Salesforce account can take a lot of page refreshing or manual editing. This problem has only occurred for me when the Salesforce account does not initially contain a contact when using Cirrus insights and then adding one afterwards. Relatively easy to add contacts and elements to Salesforce. I can tell how many people have read an email I've sent. It logs e-mails into Salesforce so everyone can see our last point of contact with someone. I also use the reminder resource all the time on e-mails, which is great. Campaigns are confusing although I'd like to utilize them - there are no instructions and the ones I found online were unhelpful. It gets disconnected often and makes glitches show up in Gmail. Sometimes I think an email has sent and I see hours later that it's still a draft because the blue Cirrus Send button didn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to decide when to post an email in Salesforce.
The follow-up feature is great to keep my inbox uncluttered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes fails.
When I go to add a contact from email it will show the name at the top of the box, then I have to manually fill it all out...weird Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The notifications of opened emails, and when someone has clicked on a link. Tracking ability makes the follow up that much easier. The ability to see when the email has been opened and clicked one assist with Sales process in a way never done before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it can slow down my web browser, especially if the email threat is longer than usual. The time it can take to load up, and link to Salesforce can be time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how it connects to my salesforce and is automatically logging my tasks/emails. It has helped me with f/u quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
