What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I like how easy it makes certain processes, most specifically logging emails and tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

I am not pleased with how limited I can make my layouts, so duplicating action layouts for tasks and activity logs is not intuitive or a breeze like I feel it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm solving the problem of leadership not appropriately logging contact reports for when they interact with constituents. Cirrus makes it a little bit easier since SF is reflected right there in their inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Cirrus Insight saves me so much time in my day! I love knowing who opens my emails! Cirrus insight links up with my gmail and allows me to track so many different things. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

It integrates easily - and I love how I can track emails and meetings with Salesforce! I also like how I can see follow-up tasks for the day. I also like the "send later" feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can sometimes be glitchy - I have to reload it and it usually works fine. It doesn't happen often, it just throws me for a loop when it does! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I appreciate and really like the reminder feature, send later, and synching to Salesforce. The reminder feature is another form of task list and allows me to see my future task based on what I need to do with the email. Send later allows me to write an email that I may not want send right away. Synching to Salesforce allows me to automatically keep a record of email history Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
