What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Obviously a cool tool to use to track if a client is reading your emails/links with CRM platforms and provides activity notes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

There are a ton of issues and doesn't really run as smoothly as I'd like. It always has an error synching with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think there are definitely pros and cons of this software. In regards to the implementation with Salesforce I think it works well. However there are probably better email tracking software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

My favorite part about using Cirrus so far is that I get a quick snapshot overview of the accounts I am communicating with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The one thing I would like to see more of is more customization. It would also be nice if it could integrate with Dialpad so if i am receiving a call then some quick insights could pop up on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the google plug in tends to disappear every few days. I continuously need to uninstall then reinstall Cirrus in order to get it back up and running Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I like that Cirrus allows you to automatically connect your email to your CRM. We use Salesforce, and this comes in very handy as it cuts down on the time spent with double documentation.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Because Cirrus is a acting as a third party software there are times where the connections between Gmail, Salesforce , and Cirrus can get disconnected and can cause issues.

Also the campaigns feature is something that could be improved. Many times errors occur while generating the campaigns, and it's not immediately specific what the error is, causing the user to have to start the campaign over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of all we were double documenting a lot of information, connecting Cirrus and Salesforce really helped with this.

Also, the email tracking has allowed to better understand some analytics on when and where users are opening emails, which we previously didn't know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
