I like that Cirrus allows you to automatically connect your email to your CRM. We use Salesforce, and this comes in very handy as it cuts down on the time spent with double documentation.

Because Cirrus is a acting as a third party software there are times where the connections between Gmail, Salesforce , and Cirrus can get disconnected and can cause issues.
Also the campaigns feature is something that could be improved. Many times errors occur while generating the campaigns, and it's not immediately specific what the error is, causing the user to have to start the campaign over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
