I have noticed that the cirrus bar sometimes is unistalled and not available. I have to go back and reinstall it. Not sure if it's my computer or a software issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I like how cirrus easily connects with SFDC, links my emails quickly to accounts, cases, etc. Email tracking is a nice feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Not very easy to log calls on the platform. sometimes pulls data wrong from SF. Crashes every one in a while, have to restart GMAIL or chrome to get cirrus to re-appear.

Could have more tools around email campaigns or bulk sending emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I like how Cirrus works in tandem with Gmail, so I can easily log emails in my CRM and create follow up tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have to switch between Inquiry and Application when logging emails. The system can't recognize what the latest action I'm working off of (for ex. an inquiry that became an applicant) it would be nice for the system to recognize the student's status an an applicant.
