I constantly have to reauthorize and re-sync. It rarely works. For calendar invites you have to have another contact from outside the organization, and sometimes when a client sends you an invite it can't be altered. So you might have to create another one and re-sync, or send again unnecessarily. All of this is time consuming, and a distraction, taking away from more important priorities.
