As I said, we occasionally run into issues with Cirrus not populating to certain fields. On the whole though, it allows an easier training ramp for new employees to use SFDC and enables us to save significant data entry time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Theoretically, it would be good for keeping track of appointments and emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

I constantly have to reauthorize and re-sync. It rarely works. For calendar invites you have to have another contact from outside the organization, and sometimes when a client sends you an invite it can't be altered. So you might have to create another one and re-sync, or send again unnecessarily. All of this is time consuming, and a distraction, taking away from more important priorities.
