What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

With four inboxes to manage daily with a high volume of email traffic the follow-up feature is a godsend. It makes it quick and easy to be sure that delayed communications can be identified without having to track them elsewhere or periodically sweep back through an inbox. Cirrus can occasionally be a bit buggy, in particular it will disappear from an inbox and require multiple page refreshes to restore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I love that with Cirrus, I'm able to track opening and clicking of links in my emails + it automatically updates Salesforce. It has cut down my Salesforce time by more than half! I also love the send later option - as a night owl, it's very ideal! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tracking isn't as accurate as I'd like it & it counts "opens" even if the sender of the email has opened it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I like that I can save emails and calendar invites into Salesforce. I also like that I can see when someone has opened an email. This is helpful especially when working deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

I've had a lot of issues with CIrrus not coming up when signing into my email (even after signing into Salesforce). A lot of times I need to manually disable it and then reselect it to get it to come up again. Also, I've had issues with it not showing up in my Google calendar, preventing me from syncing my calendar invites to deals or businesses in Salesforce. This has been frustrating at times. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I spend most of my day in my email inbox, but there's stuff I'm doing that needs to get into SF. It's great not having to jump between screens to get email interactions tagged to the appropriate opportunity/account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

I think the calendar scheduling functionality still falls short of the alternative standalone products that do the same thing (e.g. Calendly). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
