Cirrus frees up significant time that I would spend sending and tracking Demand Gen Emails. I love that all of the correspondence can be found in Salesforce. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I love the ability and how easy it is to schedule emails. I do this often when setting up emails to go out during the week over the weekend or outside of normal business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes this application randomly disappears from my email. Usually closing out the browser resets this and fixes the issue. I have noticed this happens if internet connection is spotty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cirrus Insight:

Give it a while... the value will increase as you use it to import and/or enter in contacts to Salesforce. It will automatically attach correspondence to that address in Salesforce. Use the reminder tools and the tracking tools. It took me a while to get used to that rigor. The other is that it leans heavily on GMAIL interface, so if you prefer to use a desktop client your out of luck. I would have preferred to use Outlook, so it took me a while to get use to relying on GMAIL for everything. It does leave a little bit to be desired. The other thing you have to be mindful of is that it is a GMAIL extension, and a chrome extension. So while you may use it for your Work email, but also have a personal email address, when you open that Personal email with your Chrome browser, you will see Cirrus on the right side, but non functional, and you can't make it go away. That's probably the most annoying thing - but other than that its great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
