What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I love the fact that after I send an email which gets automatically loaded into Salesforce, I can tell not only if the email was opened, but it also tells how many times it's been opened. I also really like being able to have a customer or prospect click on a meeting and it fill both of our calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Cirrus has a lot of great features when it comes to sales and outreach tracking. It syncs with salesforce which is great and it allows you to set reminders for yourself when you need to follow up with clients. That feature is a bit manual, unfortunately, but good nonetheless. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Cirrus slows down gmail A LOT. I had to uninstall a few times because I was having difficulties simply typing an email (big lag). Their team was helpful and able to provide some solutions, but it was challenging. There are also some issues with salesforce syncing. If a contact is relevant for multiple accounts, it often syncs incorrectly (although this is likely more of a salesforce issue than cirrus). Would love if there was a way to specify the contact and account to mitigate this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I like how it tracks gmail conversations to another platform our company uses. The ability to track emails and log them into the sales force database we use saves me so much time during my work day! I also love that I can see when people open the email I sent. This allows me to know who is engaged and who is not! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The pop up on the side is a tad bit frustrating as I have to log in twice. There should be a feature that logs you in once you sign into emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have realize this program has saved me alot of time during my work day. The benefits to this I am still discovering but I do not it helps me track my students communications better. We also use a system called salesforce at work. The integration with Salesforce also allows us to store the data in a data base that we're already using for all of our other business purposes, which is yet another step taken out of the process. - It crashes from time to time and sometimes it disables itself. Maybe notifying the user that either Cirrus is disabled or that an update to the OS must be done in order not to lose Cirrus functionalities would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I love that Cirrus Insight collects and stores information without me having to think about it. It is a game-changer because of the efficiencies it creates. Cirrus Insight prevents my company from bombarding customers with emails and calls. It helps us track who has been contacted and when. For a busy sales team and training team, it's invaluable. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?
