Big fan of the email integration so I can easily and quickly log activities into our CRM. Side panel spits out details on my prospects that are helpful before, during and after conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems to be clunky at times. It will often slow down my email system, sometimes to the point of crashing it. In turn that often means logging back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The email sync works great as well as the calender sync, it all look well intergrated into G Suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Logs me out from time to time and sometimes does not sync my emails well to SF. The logging out can be a bit of annoying as wlel since one might not notice that one is logged out and therefor go a whole day without logging emails into salesforce making the whole routine a bit more of work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

cirrus insight is super helpful when it comes to interactions with my customers- i love being able to see when they open my email, and when they click through links. I didn't have this at my old sales job and it would've been SO helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it didn't tell me when I opened my own emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to link my emails, both to and from, directly to Salesforce, honestly saves me about an hour a week. What's better is Cirrus remembers to log it, even when I don't! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I often get kicked out and need to uninstall and re-install the extension to get it back up and running which is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Capabilities. Salesforce integration solid across multiple generations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the SF implementation I'm working with it's not able to pick up data when it's not "on". Sometimes my emails are not captured Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked using the scheduled send feature and it was nice to be able to track emails (when they're opened, clicked, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The glitchiness often caused my Gmail to be simply unusable. Each time I enabled Cirrus I had to disable it a couple weeks later because of the problems it caused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how I can automatically tag emails to certain accounts within SFDC; this creates a seamless paper trail for me to follow with escalations, etc. I can also create flight/marketing campaigns with Cirrus to automatically send marketing material to engage with my customers. It also sends from my email address so customers can email me back directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it automatically will log me out, this can be stressful if I'm in the middle of writing an email/dealing with an escalation and it prompts me to log in all over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to link to Sales force. It allows for seamless sharing of information throughout the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there are glitches. For example there was the large Cirrus mailbox that was just on my screen like a stamp. It would not go away. Needed to contact our IT department for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cirrus Insight saves me valuable time as among other functions, allows me to automatically log emails into our CRM (Salesforce). Rather than having to summarize or copy and paste, this automatic linkage is a timesaver and helpful tool for referring back to previous conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times, I need to manually link emails to the desired CRM profile. This is partially due to how our organization set up our CRM, and because we need to drill down from the overall profile, into inquiry and or application files. It also make gmail slightly glitchy to use. But the time saved is worth this annoyance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Cirrus is the speed and accuracy provided to save me time on my daily duties. Cirrus has been clutch and the only reliable source I can count on when I need it the most. Those who are not using Cirrus and are old dinosaurs like I am, please invest your time into looking to this great tool to constantly keep you organized and ready for success any day of the week. I cannot stress enough how much this tool has saved my life over here on my computer desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing about Cirrus I dislike. It has always been quite the reliable tool that has saved me time, money and energy. Without using Cirrus, I would be losing half of my day to simply doing something tedious and unimportant. This truly has saved my career as I was struggling early on budgeting my time. Since acquiring Cirrus, I have been able to reach my career goals each day, week and month and have hit my quota for this month already and I truly owe it all to the wonderful tool known as Cirrus.
