The error notifications like "failed to save excerpt exceptions" or something similar... the red and blue error messages are extremely annoying. Continuously having to sign into Salesforce repeatedly for Cirrus to launch properly. When the tech breaks and my calendar stops synching so my meetings are tracking properly. This tool is great for being able to automate your tracking of lead activity in SalesForce. Specifically, every time you send an email, it automatically syncs that activity to SalesForce. This has saved our team a tremendous amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CirrusInsight makes it easy to keep track of the hundreds of emails I get in any given day, ensuring that I'm not forgetting simple steps to track of relationships with different stakeholders. It's also super user friendly, and many of the things I use Cirrus Insight for can be accomplished in just one click - which is a massive time save for me and other folks on my team. The pop up on the side can be annoying, but it is easily minimized. It would be nice if it automatically logged me in once I'm logged into my email address, since the process of double logging in just to minimize the side screen can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that it feels like it slows down my inbox, especially if I have multiple windows open. I find my co-workers receiving emails before me to be quite annoying, and It makes me feel as though I am behind the curve for choosing to use an otherwise incredibly useful tool. It's probably not even possible for me to explain how much Cirrus Insight helps me with my daily tasks. From entering leads to setting up tasks and logging calls it just helps so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cirrus allows me and my sales team the ability to seamlessly track outbound emails in Salesforce. Prior to Cirrus the team had to copy and paste email content in Salesforce... pretty time-consuming! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cirrus is a feature-rich product that integrates seamlessly between Salesforce and Gmail. The built-in tabs on Gmail make it easy to access while not being too intrusive. Would definitely recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only "negative" would be that something happens to where Cirrus disconnects and you have to sign back in and re-authorize the app. It could be some automated rule within Gmail that causes this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
