Cirrus makes it easy to send large email campaigns to many recipients which is an integral part of my job. It also allows for efficient tracking of response times, recipient activity and success of each individual message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is Cirrus' sensitivity regarding the format for spreadsheets used to integrate the email contacts into a campaign. An entire campaign will fail to launch if there is the tiniest formatting issue that most times isn't an obvious issue, i.e. an empty column. Not knowing what to change can be frustrating but Cirrus live chat customer service is excellent at helping you identify the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's amazing how quickly you can streamline data from your Gmail to Salesforce. Things like adding contacts or adding activity history are easily done with Cirrus Insight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
