What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Cirrus makes it easy to send large email campaigns to many recipients which is an integral part of my job. It also allows for efficient tracking of response times, recipient activity and success of each individual message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The only downside is Cirrus' sensitivity regarding the format for spreadsheets used to integrate the email contacts into a campaign. An entire campaign will fail to launch if there is the tiniest formatting issue that most times isn't an obvious issue, i.e. an empty column. Not knowing what to change can be frustrating but Cirrus live chat customer service is excellent at helping you identify the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

It's amazing how quickly you can streamline data from your Gmail to Salesforce. Things like adding contacts or adding activity history are easily done with Cirrus Insight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

The integration with Gmail and Salesforce makes redundant tasks quick & easy to achieve. It's a big time saver.

The tool works beautifully and it's full of features, we're not using the 20% of then but we're already satisfied.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Takes away the manual effort of syncing emails to SFDC. Makes its a lot easier for delayed sending of emails or snoozing. (A few features have been incorporated into Gmail but first experienced in Cirrus Insights) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
