I LOVED that it looked like Salesforce, so it already felt familiar and easy to use. Very intuitive and made sense logically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! It's very easy to customize, so there's nothing to dislike. Every once in a while it'll log me out, but it's super quick to log back in right from Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cirrus Insight provides a seamless way to create leads, log opps, and check to see engagement with emails and links sent out to clients. It's a truly helpful resource that saves a few clicks and thus valuable time in managing client information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the integration with salesforce and being able to see when clients open my emails, click on links, etc. I also really like the set a meeting function where a client can select a time based off of my calendar and the meeting gets automatically added in to my google calendar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes emails do not automatically log when I fill out the salesforce information ahead of time. When there is an error message sometimes it fills up my entire screen and I have to restart my page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Cirrus integrates with Salesforce and Outreach.io and tracks emails without having to do extra work like tagging and whatnot. It can be set to detect these things automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I only dislike how the default pop-out hides my ability access my google calendar. It took me a minute to see how to hide it. That could be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Cirrus to seamlessly integrate our Account Representative's Email with Salesforce. In addition to tracking opens and clicks of Emails, Cirrus also allows us to open Salesforce templates directly in their Email accounts. The tool is great for providing a whole picture of engagement with contacts and leads and saves time for our Account Representatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had a good experience with Cirrus, but would like the ability to turn on open/click tracking for users within the admin portal. This would ensure that all users have this important feature on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that Cirrus Insight tracks my correspondences with students. It makes my work faster because I don't have to log these email communications in Salesforce. It is also amazing to be able to reference these correspondences when I connect with students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only qualm with Cirrus Insight is that it doesn't always sync with Salesforce in that when a prospective student moves from inquiry to applicant. In this case, the related to field will still sync with the inquiry number and not the app number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automatically logging email in and out is huge. This has saved me multiple times when looking for documents or context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it seems like it could be better at linking emails to contacts in Salesforce. Sometimes it will not add an email to a contact, and when I click Add To Salesforce, it's right there. So it already knew who's it was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
