What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I can view who has opened my emails and links, and the tracking capabilities are second to none. There are lots of other features for your calendar, etc. that I don't even take advantage of, but it is very all-encompassing! Also, love that I can add contacts to SFDC directly from Gmail. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Sometimes the plugin gets a little wonky with Gmail and I have to refresh/restart the make sure it works properly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I love how the Cirrus application bridges the gap between my sales force appointments and the outlook calendar I live by every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I can schedule emails to come back later, send later, or show me if something has been opened. This is really helpful to keep things straight, hold myself accountable for following up on easy-to-lose emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Cirrus often logs me out without my knowing. It can be confusing to figure out how to get it loaded back into my email provider. Thankfully there is SSO which makes that process a bit easier. I've also heard from other folks on my team that the scheduling feature can be buggy, so I haven't risked trying that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Cirrus provides efficiencies by automatically adding emails into SalesForce which helps with tracking of client engagement. The side panel in the email inbox also allows for easy access to valuable info about the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Getting a notification that I opened my own email, also that you are not able to use Cirrus Insight with Virtru, having to create a new Chrome User and use two different browsers to use Cirrus doesn't seem efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
