Get notified when my prospects read my emails and the stats about the opening rates of my templates. Complete features with the attach tool which let you know how long a prospect spent on your docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can view who has opened my emails and links, and the tracking capabilities are second to none. There are lots of other features for your calendar, etc. that I don't even take advantage of, but it is very all-encompassing! Also, love that I can add contacts to SFDC directly from Gmail. I only wish the wait time to sync was completed faster. Sometimes I feel like to wait even 10 minutes is too long. I get that it is not real time but I if I am going to dream... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cirrus often logs me out without my knowing. It can be confusing to figure out how to get it loaded back into my email provider. Thankfully there is SSO which makes that process a bit easier. I've also heard from other folks on my team that the scheduling feature can be buggy, so I haven't risked trying that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cirrus provides efficiencies by automatically adding emails into SalesForce which helps with tracking of client engagement. The side panel in the email inbox also allows for easy access to valuable info about the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can track my opens, utilize the send later feature and log my correspondence to my Salesforce accounts all in once place. It's great and sits nicely in the GMail interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the system freezes or locks on the incorrect account and the reset option is actually quite challenging as the system is completely integrated into the GMail feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Getting a notification that I opened my own email, also that you are not able to use Cirrus Insight with Virtru, having to create a new Chrome User and use two different browsers to use Cirrus doesn't seem efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
