I love the fact that Cirrus can directly integrate with my Gmail and Salesforce instance for a seemless tracking for all my customer's work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Multiple times it does crash and I have to reload and sometimes update/reinstall to get back to it's original state of being helpful which takes up time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The two features that I like best are calendar integration and specifically giving our customers the ability to schedule time on my calendar themselves. The return to inbox if unanswered feature is also incredibly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Button placement, having the start a flight button in between the calendar & time based functions is a little awkward to me. I also do not like that when a customer schedules time on my calendar that it doesn't recognize that as a "response" with the return to inbox feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cirrus Insight makes our email tracking from Outlook to SalesForce seamless. With the Cirrus Insight Outlook add-in right in your Outlook app, it allows you to see your clients details immediately and allows you to see if they have opened your email as well. Sometimes it crashes and it can screw up your workflow -- When using Salesforce you need to track emails so when it crashes I cannot effectively use SalesForce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best function for me are the templates because sending emails trough Salesforce is quicker,

I do it in salesforce, it pops up on my Google Calendar, which I live by. Sometimes you just have to re sync it -- but it is worth the application for that feature alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Utilizing the maximum capacity of Cirrus, I dont know how to do that! The blue bubble that pops up next to my emails is sort of annoying also... I dont understand it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It really helps you to know everything that happens related with your mails (statistics of open rate, response rate, ...).
