Cirrus allows me to easily tag important email exchanges and move them to Salesforce. It also syncs with my calendar so that I can make changes to my Google calendar and those changes are reflected on the calendar my clients interface with to make appointments. Sometimes Cirrus acts a little buggy. I've had issues where my calendar is not properly synced, and when I've contacted customer service they haven't been able to tell me why this is happening. However, it's usually solved by disabling calendar syncing, waiting a few minutes, and then enabling it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Originally this was a great Chrome extension to log emails onto the appropriate salesforce records, add contacts and leads to salesforce etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too often it would stop working and I would have to close gmail, turn the extension off and back on, and then restart Chrome. Or it would try to add the email to the wrong sf records and I would have to choose the correct records to attach it too. Or it just made gmail run unusably slowly. Synching with my calendar ended up putting personal appointments into salesforce too, and then it just went crazy and started adding the same appointment repeatedly (20+ times) so I stopped using the calendar feature. The most helpful thing about Cirrus Insight is that I am able to know when people opened my e-mails or not. That way, as soon as I do, I know they are engaged and I can give them a call if need be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that it was easier to automate emails and create menu templates. It would save me tons of time on my day to day and enable me to sell more on a daily basis. It's also been extremely glitchy on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and won't sign in or give me updates. My favorite piece is the ability to see all outreach across team members. As colleagues leave, and circumstances change year over year, this is the most comprehensive way to track engagement with an account. I love the link clicks and attachment download features. I dislike the fact that we lost data for a long period of time (about a month) and couldn't get it back from either SFDC or Cirrus. I also find the template function cumbersome to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is somewhat difficult to use on Outlook's online portal, as it does not seem to automatically associate to contacts or opportunities within Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I truly like the "Send Later" feature. It is very helpful for me that I can compose my email now and schedule its delivery the day and time I wanted it get sent to the recipient. Most of the time, I am at my most productive time after midnight and I believe it would be better to have it sent early in the morning, this is where the "Send Later" feature comes in. Lately, Cirrus Insight has been getting offline or detached from my GMail more frequently and that I have to re-sync it. This directly affects my calendar link that I sent out to my clients. And there were times, I did not notice it. And I heard from some of my colleagues that they get multiple appointments on the same time slot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can see how many times prospects open my emails. Often, they will click it open upwards of 5 times, and just forget to respond. It let's me know there is interest in what I said, prompting a follow up in person walk in or phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
