What is most helpful about Cirrus Insight is the ability to link emails to our CRM. This allows us to remain organized and not lose track of client communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside that I've noticed about Cirrus Insight is that the email plug-in occasionally does not work, sometimes it won't load. Additionally, the email plug-in button disappears from the top bar of Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email Campaigns: It’s superb for launching email campaigns, especially for sales teams.
Contact Management: It helps manage contacts efficiently, making it valuable for sales teams
Salesforce Integration: The seamless integration with mail services streamlines workflows.

We suggest that there are some minor bugs which needs constant debugging, But it doesnt impact productivity as there customer support is fanatastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product works according to our requirement. Their Project team is highly professional Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Presales and Trial model is very flawed and disadvantageous to customers. We encountered technical issues with their Trial and we needed advanced technical support. The only way is for us to get help is to sign a contract. I advise all trial users to be very careful when defining the contract even though there's an exit-clause.
