Cirrus ties into my other apps that I use every single day at work, and easily tracks all my email communications. I like the tracking and analytics features on it as well, and it's a valuable tool that I use very often. It integrates so easily and quickly, and doesn't take up a lot of real estate on your computer/inbox. It's a very handy tool to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a lot of times where there are authorization issues, and this can go on for a few days. It can get frustrating when you can't log emails, or lose tracking on certain communications that need to be tracked. I'm not sure if it's a bug or something internally with my computer, but we've had these rough patches before and can get frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with Salesforce makes it easier than ever to be able to create a ticket, learn more about a contact, or a business.
Being able to see when your emails are opened and viewed allows great insight into when to follow up with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing currently to dislike about Cirrus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With just one click, all of my email communication is logged in Salesforce. Very easy to create new contacts through Cirrus as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If it ever goes down! Paralyses our team since we send so many emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cirrus integration into gmail makes saving emails and contacts much more efficient than logging into Salesforce. For users interacting with a fair number of external people, it makes the process simple. Also, their nonprofit discount is significant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cirrus is a little clunky. It can make Gmail slow to load (and occasionally doesn't show up at all), and some of the functionality is limited (e.g. we've never been able to get the chatter view to work). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to see if a prospect opens your email and the ability to include calendar appointment options in your email that a prospect can just click on to schedule a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had some syncing issues with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The plug in in outlook that allows you to easily add contacts to salesforce is very helpful. Also having a customers contact info available at a glance when you click their email is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This application kills the performance on the computers at our organization. This is across the board, not just on my individual laptop. We pay for this service, but most people at our company have uninstalled and just use the salesforce bcc instead.
Regularly causes Outlook to crash. Also, frequent emails are missed in the sync. We've come to terms with the fact that this software is mostly accurate rather than exact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone focused on finding and closing new business partners, Cirrus Insight has become an integral part of my team's prospecting and account management workflows. The ability to monitor email opens by time and location, clicks on links and search for specific emails (and their open behavior) has been a game changer. It has definitely led to more closed accounts since being implemented! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, Cirrus does cause my email to get a bit slow and laggy. Nothing too serious, and typically a quick uninstall and reinstall does the trick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most helpful in my opinion is the automated synchronization to salesforce. Every Email i send or receive is automatically copied into my salesforce data base. This way i, or anybody in the company, never loses track. Also nice is the tracking function that shows you if someone already opened the e-mail or not, when did he opened it and so on. This gives you valuable information about the best timing for your email campaigns, prospecting and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately if a contact has 2 or more valid email addresses in salesforce, cirrus only copies those mails into salesforce that are sent to the first email. In the case that you send an email to the contacts second email you need to manually track this email to salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

connection with Salesforce: it is really useful how it links my email and agenda activity with Salesforce , I never seen something similar and I will always push to bring it to my organization wherever i go.
I don't know if it exists already but i would insert some tool for grabing phone calls also so that you could save emails and phone calls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
some features of the interface. For example in Gmail it occupies a big part of the screen covering some other features and this could be boring .
I would reccomend that the company must provide each employees with Cirrus training when joining the company since it is a simple tool with multiple functions and in order to effectively use these you should be well trained, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
